Welcome To Miami A.I.?

By: Taren Vaughan

After just a few seasons with the Detroit Pistons and Denver Nuggets, “The Answer” is on the verge of making another switch. There is talk of him making his way down to South Beach. If this speculation holds true, Iverson will be amongst some very talented players. People may wonder whether or not he will bump heads with superstar Dwyane Wade as he faced this same situation playing alongside Carmelo Anthony. Not to mention that the Miami Heat are located in a city that is filled with distractions, something that Allen Iverson definitely doesn’t want to get caught up in. After his departure from the 76ers, Iverson never really got back to that level of stardom that he once was at. But joining the Miami Heat line up may not be a bad look for him. This team is loaded with talent and is led by one of the greatest NBA coaches of all time, Pat Riley. Who knows, this could potentially lead him to his first championship ring, the one thing that most players have their heart set on. Allen Iverson may not be a youngster anymore, but I trust that he can still be a good asset for a number of teams.
