Bow Wow Threatens Man Claiming ‘Gay’ Pic Was Him, Then Fakes Hacking

By: Taren Vaughan

Was Bow Wow’s Twitter account  really hacked? The hacking of Bow Wow’s account supposedly occurred late last night, following his heated reaction to a particular photo that he discovered of “himself”.  An alleged pic of Bow Wow cuddled up in a bed with another man has been floating around the Internet. And as expected, Bow Wow was extra pissed about it as the gay rumors started to resurface because of it.  What really sent him over the edge was when the photo was tweeted by someone on Twitter, a guy who claimed that Bow Wow was the reason why he was in Twitter jail and who claimed that Bow Wow was really the one in the picture.  The man had a few words for the rapper too.

Here is the photo that initially caused all the controversy to begin with:

bow wow alleged gay photo

This doesn’t look like Bow Wow.

Either way, once Bow Wow saw the picture that the tweeter was claiming to be him with his arms around a dude in bed, he went off like a ticking time bomb, specifically going after the guy who tweeted it, Bow Wow saying that he would gladly pay somebody to slap him one good time:

Charlamagne Tha God and Dahoodrecruiter peeped Bow Wow’s threatening tweet, offering money to any D-Town native willing to slap the guy. And they were not hyping Bow Wow for what he said but they were telling him he needed to chill out and stop being so reckless. Bow Wow didn’t give a damn though:

Shortly after they told Bow Wow to calm down and take back what he said, a tweet came from Bow Wow’s account saying that it was a “hacker” that tweeted the threat instead of Bow Wow himself.

If you take a close look at the tweet below and compare it to the other tweets from Bow, the “hacker” is using the same app, Echofon that Bow Wow was using all day while he was promoting his music and tour:

Some of his followers began to question why the “hacker” was tweeting from the same app that Bow Wow was using just minutes before the “hacking” took place and they started to call him out for faking. Once his followers began to go in on him, and how ironic it was that the alleged hacker was using the exact same Twitter app that he uses daily (Echofon), conveniently the tweets from Bow Wow’s account started to roll in from a Blackberry for the remainder of the night.

  1. He shouldn’t popped off like that. Most people with a brain and two good eyes can see that’s not him in the photo. Bow Wow needs a better set of handlers.

  2. Didn’t this child threaten to kill himself on Twitter last year? I think he has some issues. That picture doesn’t look like him though. People get too bold when it comes to celebs and Twitter. And Bow Wow shouldn’t have threatened him because then he might have been able to sue him for defamation.

  3. These celebs and this hacking crap! The reality is, it takes a real GEEK to hack someone’s Twitter account. And I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be doing it on a iPhone Twitter app. Nice try, Bow.

  4. Why do people try so hard to “out” a celeb’s sexuality? It’s stupid. And the worst thing of it all is through the process of trying to out Bow Wow, they actually outed two regular dudes who probably haven’t come out of the closet yet.

  5. The guy who posted this is more questionable than Bow Wow…what STRAIGHT dude wants to look at that photo let alone tweet it? Shimmy on out of the closet yourself bra.

  6. He should have at least waited an hour and tweeted from the Web to make the “hacking” look more believable. Has he not learned from all the other washed up celebs looking for attention?

  7. I see Cash Money and Young Money believes in letting their artists run wild on their Twitter accounts. Nicki is bad, but Bow Wow takes the damn cake. Does he even have a team or a PR person? This is nuts.

  8. Okay, he even made sure that the hacker confirmed his “heterosexuality.” In his “hacked” tweet, he mentions “b-tches” in his DM. Boy bye. That may not be Bow Wow in the pic, but he just made himself look even more suspect. From the fake hacking and overreaction to a picture that clearly isn’t him.

  9. Bow Wow is another one that needs to just have his Twitter account taken from him. Why don’t these celebs understand that Twitter is nothing but trouble? There was no need for him to even react. Get your lawyers on the job and scare these bastards. They’ll think twice about posting these fake pictures.
