Did Halle Berry lose the custody battle to move her daughter to France? Halle Berry and her former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have not been on very good terms ever since the two split. And the way they ended, on top of the failed marriages that she has had in the past, made people think that Halle Berry would never even consider getting really serious with anyone again. As many things have been rumored about the former couple, the one thing for sure that they most definitely are not on the same page about is their daughter Nahla. Halle Berry has been diligently fighting to be able to move her daughter overseas to France, not to be with her fiance’ Oliver Martinez, but to dodge the paparazzi here in the US. The final straw for Halle Berry came about when a photo was taken of her picking her daughter up from school, resulting in Halle flipping out on the paps for their actions. Although she is probably used to the paps randomly snapping pictures of her, Halle Berry became outraged when her daughter got involved, claiming that they were being stalked and harassed by them.  Her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry was not having that though as the two got locked into an ongoing custody battle over whether or not their daughter Nahla would remain in the states. It appears now though that Halle’s fight to take her daughter out of the country is over, the judge over the case ruling in favor of her ex.

Here’s the scoop on Halle’s denied request:

Although, Halle didn’t make it sound so evil and twisted—her reason for moving Nahla to Paris was not so she could be with her lover, but because strict paparazzi laws in France would create a safer place for her to raise her daughter. If you twist it enough, you could almost say that Gabriel is a monster for fighting to keep Nahla in the land of free press and harassing photogs! Whatever you think of it, their judge ruled in favor of Gabriel, and denied Halle permission to run away to France.

Looks like Halle Berry will have to deal with the paps over here because her and her daughter won’t be headed to France.

Good! That would not have been fair to the father. I know she hates him but he’s still her dad! Come on Halle.

Smart call. Halle is full of sh-t. She knew she was just trying to be spiteful. If a man wants to be in his kid’s life, let him!

THIS. There’s a lot of women that wish they had this problem. Halle needs to have several seats.

I’m happy to hear this. I never thought it was a good idea to begin with. Halle seems really spiteful.

It was a delusional request. You don’t take a child away from her father just because you don’t like him anymore.

Halle was all kinds of wrong for this one. She needs to settle whatever beef she has with Gabriel and find common ground to raise their daughter. She seems to resent all of her exes and seems real bitter.

As often as Halle loses a man, it wouldn’t have been smart to allow her to take this kid to London for another man.

Um…isn’t France where Princess Di was chased by the paparrazi (you know, when she died!) Im sure that since that time, there have been some new laws enacted but if Halle really wants to stop being harrassed she should pick another career. The fact that her latest drama came less than 2 weeks after the judge sided with GA on the custody issue, makes me think this was all just orchestrated.
