Are Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou separated? Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou’s relationship has been said to have been falling apart for a while now. And the Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou separated rumors were fueled by Author Kola Boof after she came forth and said that she had an affair with Djimon Hounsou and was the one responsible for causing the couple to split, a claim that was rather puzzling to Djimon as he said that he had absolutely no idea who she even was. Even after Boof’s claims of breaking up their happy home, the question of Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou being separated still remained. And again, the gossip picked back up surrounding their union, this time suggesting that Kimora was left in the dark about Djimon’s plans to leave her. After sitting back and hearing the rumors surrounding her relationship, Kimora Lee decided to take to her Twitter account to officially set the record straight about her and Djimon, confirming that they are separated, and have been so for awhile, but adds that they are still on good terms with each other.
Kimora’s tweet reads:

So Kola was telling the truth?! Man!
Someone called this yesterday. Marriage is hard. Best of luck to them both.
