Ne-Yo, like many other artists, has been on numerous interviews discussing aspects of his career and his personal life. There were some things about the singer that many did not know about his past as he has addressed both the rumors and truths that have been going around about him. And it is a known fact that when an artist has more things to get off their chest and to tell their fans in relation to their story, doing a “Behind The Music” interview with VH1 is usually the route that they take. Ne-Yo did his BTM interview with the network not too long ago and during the interview, he spilled some tea about his relationship with former girlfriend Jessica White. Ne-Yo revealed that Jessica gave birth to a child that Ne-Yo believed to be his. It turns out though the child was not his and it was a bit of news that Ne-Yo said that he took extremely hard. Even though what Ne-Yo revealed was the truth, it was said that he and Jessica had an agreement with each other to keep the whole situation under wraps. And now Jessica is furious with Ne-Yo for not holding up his end of the deal, and is supposedly set to take legal action against him for running his mouth. TMZ reports:
The couple reached a settlement agreement in 2009 in which Ne-Yo coughed up $575,000 to Jesseca, who in turn officially said the kid wasn’t his. Ne-Yo was originally listed on the birth certificate as the father, but his name was later removed.
As part of the deal, both sides agreed to a confidentiality clause, promising to never go public with the info. Fast forward to September 2012 … Ne-Yo did an interview with VH1’s “Behind the Music” and spilled the beans on the whole sordid ordeal.
Now, Gloria Allred has fired off a letter to Ne-Yo accusing him of breaking the agreement. Allred claims that because Ne-Yo falsely painted Jesseca as a harlot who lied, broke his heart and then vanished … Jesseca has been defamed, ridiculed and harassed.
According to the letter, Jesseca has been unable to work, was forced to file for state aid, suffers from mental anguish and is “beset by nausea, vomiting and hair loss” thanks to Ne-Yo’s remarks.
Jesseca is asking Ne-Yo to settle the matter amicably out of court (cough, cough $$$$) … otherwise she’ll be forced to pursue more serious legal options.
So she’s embarrassed that she couldn’t keep up with how many men she was sleeping with at the same time? That sounds like a PERSONAL problem to me.
Sounds like she has more of an STD then suffering from mental Anquish! lol Since when do you PAY someone After you have a blood test that proven to not be the father! Where they do that at? And how the hell do u end up on State Aid after recieveing over a half Million dollars? this chick is a piece of work! Ne-Yo I say take it too court!!!!!!!!!!

Guess that $500,000+ plus ran out and now she needs more. And deserves more, from her baby’s REAL daddy! I wouldn’t give her another penny. I would go to jail first. IJS.
