Rihanna being in court with Chris Brown causing more backlash for her? Rihanna and Chris Brown have mastered how to keep the controversy surrounding their relationship going. And even more of it arised when Ri Ri revealed in a recent interview that she did with Rolling Stone that she was back together with Chris Brown and was willing to accept the criticism that was on its way when the news of their official reunion got out. Hearing Rihanna confirm her reunion with Chris Brown got mixed reactions from people as the avid Chrianna fans were overly excited about it while some people where not happy at all that Rihanna was back with the man that physically abused her back in 2009. And to cause the critics of their relationship to get even more disturbed with her, Rihanna showed up with Chris Brown in court on Wednesday for a hearing that he had over him supposedly fibbing about the number of community service hours that he did. As if joining Chris in court wasn’t enough to get Rihanna slammed by critics, the tidbit about her blowing a kiss at him in court was more than what they could stomach, The New York Post’s Andrea Peyser being one of those individuals.

Completely disgusted by Rihanna’s actions in the courtroom and her continued dealings with Chris Brown, Andrea Peyser decided to let Rihanna and everyone else know just how she felt about the pop star, encouraging young girls to find a better role model to look up to:

Here’s an excerpt from Peyser’s post:

“Young women, I beg you — don’t be like Rihanna!

The ravishing songstress and Bad Example for Girls waltzed into an LA court yesterday with her past and present and, I guess, forever boyfriend, Chris Brown, who isn’t man enough to pick on men or dames his own size.

Smiling as she walked in, she blew a kiss in Brown’s direction. RiRi came to stand by the man who once pummeled her face into a bloody mess for the lamest of reasons. Rihanna had confronted Brown about racy texts from random babes.

But yesterday, she walked into the courtroom as if saying, That’s OK! Every man gets a freebie.

With young women wanting to grow up to be Rihanna, this is a disgrace.

Brown showed up in the downtown LA court, where the state of California has expended scads of expensive court time, zillions of man hours and a forest-worth of paper to avenge the songstress for the bloody bruising Brown inflicted on her noggin in 2009.

For there was Rihanna, trailing Brown like an idiot puppy. She was not there to glare at her man, or give him a richly deserved smack upside the head.

RiRi instead engifted Brown with a little lovin’ before he faced a judge.

She humiliated herself.

She embarrassed all women.

Then she sat in the gallery beside Brown’s mom, Joyce Hawkins, in a show of support so vile, RiRi seemed to be telling the world that women secretly deserve to be punished.”

It has been said that Rihanna reuniting with Chris Brown has hurt her pockets tremendously. And it’s even more clear that them rekindling their romance is irritating some folks to no end and sparking slam sessions fueled by those who have had enough of how Rihanna is handling things.

  1. Umm how about Rihanna is just a disgrace to herself? What she does in her personal life is not a reflection of me and all women. This is stupid.

    1. I agree. It’s ridiculous that every famous woman is supposed to be a “representation” of all women. Thats such idiotic thinking.

  2. I wish people would let this girl do what she wants. I don’t agree with it either, but we all have our own lives to live. This is getting out of hand. Too many people pointing fingers and judging her when we’re all f-cked up in some way. Yes, I wish she would move on but she doesn’t want to. That’s her choice.

  3. Why are people trying to force Rihanna to 1. Be a role model and 2. Leave Chris Brown alone. Last time I checked she was 24 and a grown woman. She’s not the brightest for taking Chris back, but just shake your head like the rest of us and let them figure that out.

  4. If Chris & Rihanna want to be the new generation’s Bobby and Whitney, that’s THEIR choice. But I’m tired of the media trying to suggest they are role models or examples. They damn sure aren’t in MY life. And let’s start raising our kids to not want to be like celebs. That’s the smart thing to do.

  5. I actually kind of agree with the writer. What she is doing is disgraceful. I can’t even fathom why she was cool with blowing him a kiss in the courtroom. Chris hasn’t really changed either but it’s her choice and all people can do is sit back and watch it all play out.

  6. LIVE & Let LIVE…..LEARN & Let LEARN
She’ll have to live with the choices, she makes….not always smart, good or in her best interest….

  7. Wait, they wrote a whole article on this? LOL, pressed much? Rihanna isn’t different from any other DV victim. Most of them go back. But slamming her in the media won’t change things. In fact, it’s kind of abusive too when you think about it. She has to come to her own conclusions. I’m ready to stop talking about these two every time they are pictured together and doing couple stuff. They are a couple right? So why act shocked when they act like one?

    1. “I’m ready to stop talking about these two every time they are pictured together and doing couple stuff. They are a couple right? So why act shocked when they act like one?” >>> This right here, YES!!!!

  8. If Rihanna wants to make stupid choices, that’s her! Her decisions and behavior does not embarrass me, nor does it affect me in any way. I’m my own woman and I make choices that I’m proud of and they represent me well, We as a society have to stop putting so much value on what a celebrity does. From how they dress, who they date, and how they act…it should not be our model or representation of who we should be.

  9. LEAVE THEM ALONE. EVERYBODY HAS EXPERIENCED SOME FORM OF ABUSE FROM SOMEONE THAT THEY WERE IN LOVE WITH AND THEY EITHER STAYED OR WENT BACK TO THAT PERSON WHEN EVERYBODY ELSE WAS SAYING LEAVE. IT IS NOBODY ELSE’S DECISION TO MAKE KEEP YOUR OPINIONS TO YOURSELF BECAUSE THE MAIN PEOPLE WHO ARE SAYING ALL THIS NEGATIVE SH-T ABOUT THEM ARE THE ONE’S WHO DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING IF SHE WANTS TO BE WITH HIM AND SHE IS HAPPY THEN HATERS STOP HATIN ON THEM AND GET A LIFE FIND SOMEBODY WHO WANTS TO BE WITH YOU OR LEAVE YOUR ABUSER.WHILE YOU’RE TRIPPIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE LOVE’S HIM, LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. Everyone has NOT been abused by people they were in love with. You may support them, that’s your choice, but don’t sit here and write despicable lies to justify why you support them. #carryon

        1. YOU’RE A PRIME EXAMPLE AND FURTHERMORE THEY DIDN’T ASK FOR ANYONE’S SUPPORT THEY DON’T GIVE A DAMN OBVIOUSLY ABOUT HOW YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FEEL’S ABOUT THEM GETTING BACK TOGETHER MIND YOUR BUSINESS AND GO AND FIND SOMEBODY TO LOVE YOU OR IS IT TOO DIFFICULT FOR YOU, GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          1. Umm why are you responding to me? Lol, I wasn’t even talking to you genius. The fact that you’re mad that someone corrected you when you stupidly suggested that everyone gets abused (and you type in all caps) proves how ignorant you are. BTW I’m married and I’ve never been abused because well I don’t tolerate that behavior. Oh well, hopefully you will smarten up one day and see not all relationships are abusive. Until then, keep yelling at people in all caps. But you’re telling others to get a life…oh the irony. ;-).

          2. You know you said the truth when people have to type in all caps because their feelings got hurt…lol

      1. shut up hater! Rihanna is a young girl just trying to enjoy her youth. Why dont you talk about Taylor Swift being a bad example and a disgrace to women when she dates men every month and writes song about them? #hypocrites

        1. I hate when childish people respond to me and have absolutely nothing to bring to the conversation. I will say it one more time for you touched little kids on here, everyone has NOT been abused. I really don’t care what Rihanna does, but if someone is going to be dumb enough to write that all women have been abused, I will correct them. It’s simply not true and YOU shouldn’t be mad that I corrected that person. Try to comprehend comments and be intelligent enough to have more to say than someone’s “hating.” I’m too old to be persuaded to think Rihanna is worth being jealous over. Now Michelle Obama, THAT chick is fabulous and she has a GREAT man. I guess you’re young though. #shrugs

But I stand by what I said…not everyone is being absused in their relationships like the misguided person wrote on here hours ago. I’m shocked you’re mad that I stated a positive fact. Oh well.

          1. @Gloria

Really?! You’re mad at Lisa for correcting someone for saying everyone is abused in their relationship?! Then the other Rihanna fan mocks abuse in such a sick way Admin blocked her. You guys don’t make your fave look good. SMH. This whole world is doomed. Where are the smart people?

        1. What part of everyone has NOT been abused do you Rihanna fans not understand? I mean do you guys need to be ignorant and believe that everyone is in an abusive relationship to cope with the fact that Rihanna went back to Chris? I mean these comments are SICK. Being a Rihanna fan shouldn’t mean you have to think abuse is okay. SMH.

  10. Admin, please block the Chrihanna fan who is making a joke out of domestic abuse. This person is sick and they aren’t a real Chrihanna fan. We don’t make jokes like that. Thank you.

  11. Like my momma used to say, “if you make your bed hard, you still have to sleep in it”. She will pay a price for her decisions, but it’s her price to pay. He beat her A$$ on the regular(per her rolling stone interview) and she still went back to him. It’s really sad if you think about it. But like she said, it’s her mistake to make, and she’s making it.

  12. Mya, I’m a Rihanna stan. I didn’t think what the BREEZY person wrote was okay, nor am I mad that Lisa corrected them for falsely suggesting that everyone gets abused in their relationship. I’m not okay with what Chris did & there are more like me. I just want her happy, but I’m not going to pretend what he did was ok. Hopefully he changed. She deserves to be happy. Let her live is all I’m saying.

    1. I agree that she should be able to be grown. She is not a child. Chick is 24 going on 25. I don’t mind what she does. I just had to speak up when I saw a couple of her fans getting angry and throwing tantrums because Lisa said not everyone gets abused in their relationships. What was wrong with what she said? For someone to even suggest that was out of line, was just too much. I don’t want anyone thinking it’s ok to be in an abusive relationship or that it’s normal. It’s not. And Rihanna knows that too & that’s why she left and said that if Chris does it again now, she’s done.

  13. I’m trying to understand why the Rihanna fans are so mad in this comment section (except Navy). The harshest comments on here are in the actual article from the NY Post. I mean seriously, grow up. You’re mad at the wrong people. No one on here was harsh. Take that sh-t to the NY Post where it belongs.

  14. WHY DON”T YOU ALL GET A LIFE AND STAY OUT OF OTHER PEOPLES BUSINESS IF SHE’S HAPPY YOU SHOULDN’T BE CONCERNED ABOUT WHO SHE GET’S WITH PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS SEEM TO BE THE ONLY ONE’S WHO’S MAD, YOU SHOULDN’T LET MY OPINION UPSET YOU LIKE SOMEONE SAID EARLIER, RAISE YOUR OWN KIDS OR HAVE A MIND OF YOUR OWN AND THAT WAY WHEN SOMEBODY DOES SOMETHING THAT YOU GUYS DON’T AGREE WITH, IT WON’T AFFECT YOUR LIVES

  15. Breezy,

You’re the only person mad on here, hence you writing in all caps and making fun of domestic abuse. I think the problem is people state opinions that you didn’t like. It’s okay to agree to disagree on things. All in all, I do agree with you and others who feel parents should raise their own kids. And it looks like the majority of people on here agree with that. So everyone needs to calm down.

  16. Lol. Rhianna, Is Not A Woman ….Rhianna Is A Female. There’s A Big Difference Between A Woman And A Female. “Rhianna Is A Rich Hoodrat With No Self respect- Self Worth- Or Self Esteem..

  17. I actually like Rihanna. She is very personable and interacts with her fans all the time. And she seems to get a long with other celebs too and seems very down to earth. She’s not perfect, but she must really love Chris. I say let her figure out what’s best for her. We all have our own lives to live.
