Kenya Moore Blasts Walter on Twitter

Kenya Moore might currently be the winner of the battle of the workout DVDs and outselling Phaedra Parks, but Phaedra isn’t the only source of drama for Kenya these days. Late last year, Kenya’s on-screen beau Walter Jackson made headlines when he went to Atlanta radio station V-103 and claimed that Kenya asked him to fake a relationship so she could secure her spot on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Apparently the network (Bravo) requires that all of the “housewives” have some kind of romance going on in their lives to secure a spot on the show. Walter stated that although he and Kenya did really date in the past, they haven’t been romantically involved in three years.
Kenya of course denied the allegations, and released a statement suggesting that Walter was just making up lies to become a star in his own right. However, Walter stands by his claims and even tried to get the Bravo execs to send him an invite to the reunion show, so he could provide proof that his relationship with Kenya was indeed a fake. Unfortunately for Walter, Bravo didn’t take him up on the offer, and if the rumors contain any truth, it’s because the network feels they need Kenya to keep ratings intact.
Walter was heated though and took to his Twitter account to slam both Bravo and Kenya for the snub. In the rant, Walter claimed that he was not compensated by Kenya to fake the romance and only did it because they were good friends. And of course he’s not happy that Kenya has been openly throwing his sexuality under a bus and dissing him on the show, on Twitter, and even in her latest music video for “Gone With The Wind Fabulous.”
Kenya of course decided to clap back, and the reality star says that Walter is nothing but a “fame whore,” and can’t get an interview to save his life these days:
It’s obvious that Bravo is trying to protect their cash cow Kenya Moore, but we have to admit inviting Walter to the reunion would have definitely made for good TV.
Interestingly enough, Walter’s story may still make for some good blog posts because we do actually know a few big time bloggers who are in talks with Walter right now to get his story and that proof he was so anxious to bring to the reunion. Something tells us Kenya is going to wish she didn’t speak so soon on that whole “Walter can’t get an interview” bit because that’s definitely not true.
