Actress Lauren London is back on the scene and nabbing roles on the small and big screen since having her son with ex Lil Wayne. As we reported recently, Lauren was casted for the current season of BET’s The Game, and although ratings have dropped tremendously with the show’s six season premiere on the network, Lauren is still excited to be a part of the show. Lauren recently stopped by Hot 97 and chatted it up with Angie Martinez. In the interview, she opened up a little about her past relationships with rapper Lil Wayne and R&B singer Trey Songz.
When it comes to Lil Wayne, Lauren claims she doesn’t understand why people are so shocked she used to date him and even had a baby with him. Lauren says:
“I’m a human and a woman. I’ve been knowing Wayne since I was 15.
“Me and Wayne knew each other back in the day. No one knew who I was, I wasn’t acting, I was just probably just the light-skinned girl rolling with him at the time that no one really cared about. And because I’m so private, I’m not going to talk about that.”
She also claimed that she gets along great with the rapper now and describes their relationship as a “family affair.”
Lauren also says she doesn’t like to post pictures of her past romance with Weezy on Instagram and Twitter because she’s not thirsty for the attention:
“No. I’m not pressed.”
It was also rumored that Trey Songz and Lauren London used to date. In a recent interview with Angie Martinez, the singer confirmed things and said Lauren and he used to be “lovers.” When Angie asked Lauren if they are currently dating now (pictures of the two enjoying a basketball game together made the blogs not too long ago), Lauren says she’s not romantically involved with anyone:
“I’ve known Trey for a really, really long time. No, I’m single.”
