Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade are still going it at pretty nasty even though their divorce has been final for three years. The former couple has been going back and forth over the custody of their two sons, and in the end the Miami Heat star would win big and gain primary custody of their boys. Siohvaughn of course was devastated by losing the kids, but her attempt to get the kids back hasn’t been successful, not to mention she claims the real issue she has with the NBA star is he doesn’t honor the times allowed to her by the court to spend time with the boys. The ex-wife to Dwyane also claims that despite the reports suggesting she gets thousands a month in spousal support, she hasn’t allegedly seen a dime of that money in several months and she thinks it is out of spite. In fact, she recently took to the streets of Chicago to voice her grievances, and told the media she felt her lawyers had been paid off by D Wade to destroy her and make her disappear from the lives of her sons.

Well now it appears her recent protest in the streets might be used by D Wade to terminate her court ordered visitations with the boys. Gossip Extra reports:

It’s another Gossip Extra exclusive: As Wade’s lawyers in his native Chicago claimed the ballplayer and his ex-wife reached a financial agreement Monday, his attorneys in Miami were quietly filing an emergency motion to prevent the ex from seeing the children.

Wade’s request to suspend the exes’ time-sharing agreement is scheduled to be heard at the main courthouse Tuesday downtown Miami.

Why the sudden change?

Wade claims ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches is not in the right state of mind to care for the kids!

The filing cites Funches’ strange sit-in protest in front of the Chicago courthouse last week, in which she held a sign accusing the three-time world champ of throwing her to the streets.

The site goes on to say D Wade claims the incident (which was posted to YouTube and allegedly watched by the children) upset them and left the boys distraught.

And the paperwork suggests certain breathing issues Siohvaughn has been having is also one of the reasons she should be stripped of her visitations.

However, the NBA star’s ex-wife says she hasn’t been able to see the boys anyway because Dwyane Wade allegedly has not been dropping the kids off like he’s been ordered to, so her attorney has filed a response to the request to terminate time-sharing and claims the request has no legal basis.

The $5 million divorce settlement has yet to be signed.

    1. I’m not sure what you find humorous about this situation. It’s no laughing matter no matter what side you’re own genius.

  1. I don’t feel sorry for Sioh. She’s stupid. If the man is telling the world you’re crazy and got the kids because of it, why lie about being homeless and stage a protest on the streets? Makes no sense.

  2. I personally think she needs supervised visits and needs to go see a court ordered therapist but to terminate her parental rights thats low and I’m not saying she is a better fit as a parent then Wade but she needs some type of relationship w/those boys. See this is what I can’t stand about Wade if he is really was thinking about the best interest of those boys he would order the court to make her take psych test as mandatory before he goes this route and if she refuses then thats on her but to strip them kids away from her and they already have a strained relationship w/ their mother. It ain’t about her its about those kids having a relationship w/their mother they dont have to live w/her but a relationship is necessary.

    1. Wow… I just don’t get it. Why is it necessary for Wade to do continually ‘do the right thing’ when that’s not how he’s being treated in this situation? I simply don’t understand. If he does decide to be charitable then great but if he doesn’t… whos to blame him?

      1. First and foremost because it’s the right thing to do most importantly because it’s about their children. When you have children sometimes you have to put your pride aside for the betterment of the children. If the roles were different I would feel the same way I believe kids need some type of relationship w/both parents. Is she wrong? Absolutely. Did she bring this on herself? Absolutely. At the end of the day she is the mother of his children. Wade is being vindictive and retaliating because her antics. Two wrongs don’t make it right and won’t improve the situation. She has let her hurt get so far gone it’s not healthy thats why I think she needs professional help. Kids bring an entirely different element to situations like this. I tell females all the time just because the man hurt you don’t take it out on the children they still deserve that relationship w/ their parent this situation is no different. All I’m saying is stripping her parental rights away won’t improve this situation. Who is to say that if he terminates her parental rights and she falls in a deep depression and commits suicide. His children will have to live w/ that hurt of having no mother. It wouldn’t be his fault directly if you could live w/that guilt then its nothing left to say.

        1. Throughout our interaction on this website you’ve been a model of grace and civility. Thank you.

I believe that it is because of your innate grace that you see good in situations that are inherently not so. Simply put, you believe that because ‘you’, Gabriella, are civil and classy that others are or should be that way as well. This is admirable. I agree with you prima facie.

In my comment the phrase ‘do the right thing’ is used in mocking condemnation of the default stance that regardless what the former Ms. Wade does Mr. Wade should, in perpetuity might I add, take the moral high ground and NOT utilize the legal system to the advantage of himself and their shared offspring.

I think that this is a flawed position. It can be argued that Mr. Wade is merely seeing the situation for what it is and is ensuring that all legal steps are taken to protect himself and their children from a very real threat.

I’m reluctant to play the slippery slope game of ‘what if’ in this situation because it could be damaging to both parties if that line of reasoning were taken to an extreme. Hyperbolic speech isn’t conducive to any type of lasting resolution here.

Finally, you mentioned in another thread that you were in PR or Marketing or something along those lines. I’m interested in hearing more. I’m always interested in creating synergistic relationships.

  3. I knew he was going to do this. Sio just set her own self up for a big disappointment. They will side with D Wade on this one. I hate this for her.

  4. Hate to say it, but she brought this on herself. She keeps walking right into the traps D Wade sets up. I know him and Gabby are sitting somewhere laughing and posting shade on Instagram like they always do. All 3 of them are too childish for their own good.

  5. This is just an all around bad situation for the kids. Everything both parents do reflects on the children.

  6. Smh this is sad. But as much as I want to feel bad for her I can’t. I understand losing your children can really impact you emotionally, but there are other ways to go about expressing frustration. She doesn’t deserve to simply lose her visitation rights, but she does need help…
