When rapper Gucci Mane isn’t taking shots at other Atlanta rappers such as T.I., Young Jeezy and now his own former associate Wake Flocka; he’s dealing with a lot of legal problems. Things for the rapper aren’t looking too good right now considering his request for community service following his recent attack of a fan (and US soldier) with a bottle has been denied. If you haven’t been following the story, Gucci got into an altercation earlier this year in an Atlanta nightclub with one of his own fans. According to reports, the fan claims he only asked for a picture with Gucci before he was hit in the head with a champagne bottle by the rapper himself. Unfortunately for the fan, it  was also his birthday and he was hoping he could get the picture while partying with close friends.

Following the attack, Gucci Mane was then charged with aggravated assault with a weapon but later pleaded not guilty to the charge. On his hearing that took place on Monday, a judge denied his request to do community service following the arrest over the assault.

It’s very possible Gucci is heading back to jail for the assault, especially since he’s had lots of legal troubles continuously throughout his rap career. In the meantime, he’s actively beefing with his own artist Waka Flocka and taking multiple shots at rappers T.I. and Young Jeezy in his music and Twitter account. Neither Jeezy, nor T.I. have responded to the recent jabs. However, Waka Flocka has been clapping back on Twitter.

As of now, no trial date has been set. But FOX 5 Atlanta is reporting it could be set in November or December of this year.

Lock him up and throw away the key. I’ve been over him since he pushed that woman out a moving car. He has some serious mental issues.

Agreed! You have to be an evil person to push a woman out of a moving car. POS.

It’s the drugs. Whatever he’s on has him acting like a fool and spazzing out. I would say what a waste of talent but this is Gucci we’re talking about here.

Exactly. He’s also jealous of TIP and Jeezy too. I hope they don’t pay him any attention.

He did what?! Yeah, if the man he attacked was a US soldier he’s definitely going to jail for a long time. They look out for their own.
