Emily B and Fabolous engaged? Fabolous and and his son’s mother Emily B. have dealt with criticism over their relationship as a result of Emily’s agreement to join the cast of “Love & Hip Hop.” Emily’s decision to join a reality TV show seemed to stem from her desire for Fabolous to claim their relationship in public as viewers didn’t think the two truly had anything serious going on despite sharing a child together. In response to skeptics’ views of what she and Fab had going on, Emily claimed her short stint on LHHNY actually improved her relationship with the rapper. However, it didn’t stop the rumors of the rapper messing with groupies from continuing to float around or result in Fab taking things a step further with their relationship. Despite Fabolous’ rep of being a ladies man causing problems between him and his son’s mom and the previous comments he made about marriage, the rapper hasn’t totally dismiss the thought of officially settling down one day.
Fab says of marriage:
“I didn’t say I wouldn’t ever get married. If it presents itself and I’m ready to do that, I would definitely…I think marriage is a great thing. I just think that a lot of people don’t respect it in the same way that I respect it.
“Some people want to get married because it’s a nice thing to do or it’s like a way to show that you love somebody. But they don’t see all of the things that come around with marriage. The mind state it takes to be in it. Somebody will get married and then get divorced three months later. I wouldn’t want to move forward in something I was unsure about at that high of a level. It’s a serious thing.
“…It’s something you should look and feel that you’re ready for.”
According to a photo Emily B. posted on her Instagram account, it looks like Fabolous may have decided he is ready to take a walk down the aisle. After a few of Emily B.’s followers peeped the picture below of the reality TV star rocking a diamond ring on her finger, many of them assumed Fabolous popped the question to Em:
Emily B. nor Fabolous have addressed the engagement rumors as of yet.
I doubt it. Emily would probably scream from the rooftops if Fab proposed. She wouldn’t keep that quiet.
He’s still going to cheat.
She’s still dealing with Fab? Sad.
These women be putting in that serious work to get these rings now. They tolerate a lot for years just wishing for a ring. Smh.
