Ciara Debuts Her Engagement Ring & Details Leak on Romantic Proposal from Future
By: Amanda Anderson-Niles
Ciara and Future’s engagement was confirmed Sunday night and already the lovebirds have everyone talking about how romantic it was for Future to surprise and propose to Ciara on her 28th birthday. While no wedding plans have been set as of yet, by the details released on Ciara’s rock, it’s clear the wedding may end up being a very glamorous one. As we reported recently, the rapper proposed to his now fiancee with a 15-carat Avianne & Co. rock. And now Ciara has finally released photos of the gorgeous ring. US Weekly and E! News were the two outlets that got the exclusive first looks at the bling. Check out a first look at Ciara’s engagement ring below (Photo Credit: Us Weekly/E! News):
Ciara also posted a photo of the ring to her Instagram account and once again proclaimed her love for her husband to be in the caption. She posted the following photo and writes in the caption:
@Future Forever My King. #HappiestGirlInTheWorld.
Too cute. The New York Post got exclusive details on the proposal and the publication claims that Future completely surprised Ciara by proposing to her at her New York apartment. However, a source close to the rapper claims he’s been planning it for a long time:
“He knew she was the one, and had it in his mind that he was going to present her with the ring [for] her birthday.”
In related news, all the blogs have been reporting that Future accidentally tweeted out his phone number because he meant to send a DM out to some random female. Peep the tweet that caused the speculation:
Honestly, we’re going to call BS on this one. For one thing, the whole thing is fishy. Anytime a celebrity tweets something they shouldn’t, someone always manages to get a screen shot before they delete the tweet. But we can’t find not one screenshot of the tweet coming directly from Future. Anyone can get on Twitter and type up a retweet that never happened. It happens all the time. We’re not saying Future is 100% faithful because anything can happen but we find it very suspect that not one person managed to get a screenshot of Future tweeting the number himself. So we’re thinking the tweet never happened. Future has several baby mamas and none of them are happy about his romance with Ciara so it’s not unheard of that someone would want to rain on the couple’s good news. Not to mention, Ciara is someone who gets targeted plenty on social media. It just looks like a hoax to us. And if the tweet really did happen, where’s the proof that the tweet was for a female at all? This just looks like a little too much speculation to us. But what do you think? Do you think this is real or just another fake tweet?
