Actress Gabrielle Union made a recent appearance on “The Arsenio Hall Show,” and the lovely wife to be of Dwyane Wade was all smiles as she dished on her wedding plans. According to Gabrielle, she and D Wade have decided not to invite too many people to their big day because it will be a second try at marriage for the both of them.
And perhaps that’s another reason why the actress has decided against having bridesmaids this time around.
She tells Arsenio Hall:
“There are no bridesmaids, no groomsmen. Trying to wrangle a bunch of broads … somebody wants one kind of dress, somebody wants something else. You start to, like, not like them after a couple months. And we’re older. This is the second time around. It’s us and the kids, and we’re just riding out, just us.”
Gabby also says that a prenup is definitely a must have for her this time around too:
“The biggest difference between this and the last marriage, um, will be a pre-nup. At my insistence. When you have your own stuff, you don’t need to worry about anybody else’s stuff. So everyone should go into the relationship knowing I’m here for you and you’re here for me. And the reality is, I’ve never seen Dwyane balance a check book, so I’ve gotta protect my stuff! It’s the wave of the future — protecting your stuff.”

i was thinking the same thing about the bridesmaids..she know he would smash them in the bathroom before the wedding then after the reception. then she couldnt dodge them with an explanation of why she cant attend d wade’s baby’s shower the next week. haha

She only said that to throw shade at his ex wife. She made a slick comment that she doesn’t always have her hand out asking for money so he can’t tell her how to make her money.
