Female rapper Diamond dated Lil Scrappy before his “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” fame, and it was even rumored that she was supposed to be part of the season one cast.
Diamond never made an appearance on the hit VH1 reality show, but she has a new reality show on the way which will be reportedly produced by rapper T.I. (Sisterhood of Hip Hop).
The other day Diamond made an appearance on The Breakfast Club, and she didn’t hold back much when she was asked about Lil Scrappy and his meddling mother Momma Dee.
When it comes to her past relationship with Lil Scrappy, Diamond claims he was abusive:
“He was mentally abusive, physically abusive. We fought, like you ain’t beatin’ my a**. Yeah, he got some issues. Some demons, he needs some help.”
She also said that he was terrible with money:
“He has bad spending problems. I think you, you know, people go through phases. I think we’re better off as friends. I don’t want to try to continue to be in a relationship and we end up not liking each other; hating each other. I just want people to know we’re not together.”
Diamond did stress that although things got ugly with Lil Scrappy, she never got into a physical confrontation with his baby mama Erica Dixon:
“Nah, we got into it before but we never fought.”
Diamond spilled some tea on Momma Dee too. She claims she had to get a condo for Momma Dee because her credit was so bad but she got tired of Scrappy and his mom getting things in her name:
“I got his mother an apartment—that she trashed and messed up my credit at one point in time, terrorized. I co-signed for her a condo.
“They was using our names for ratings. I had a meeting. I wanted to see what it was about, you know as a businesswoman. It wasn’t really going with the whole plan of my music career. I don’t think it was a good look for me. I wanted to focus on what I had going on in my life currently, they wanted to focus on what happened in the past.”
Diamond got a little messier and even claimed that once Gucci Mane had to slap up Lil Scrappy because he allegedly smoked weed at a shindig when he was told not to.
However, Lil Scrappy isn’t one to hold back when people take jabs, so he clapped back on his Instagram account:

Is she going to keep talking about Lil Scrappy every time she has something to promote? Sheesh. We get it. He was a bum and you regret dealing with him. But goodness, find something else to talk about. It’s getting old.

Well to be fair Scrappy and Momma Dee came for her first. They talked about her like a dog in season one and she didn’t really get a chance to defend herself.
But Diamond went on the Breakfast Club around the same time LHHATL just came out. She’s spoken on this like a few times already. How much more needs to be said? LOL.
She has a reality show coming out? Damn how man reality shows do we really need? Make it stop.
That Momma Dee tea sounds believable. All of those people look and act broke to me. That’s why Mimi is out here spreading those cheeks on film now.
I mean Diamond didn’t say anything people already didn’t know or figure out about Scrappy and momma dee. If I was her I would never speak about my association with them. I would act like I never met those two. Straight up she making her own self look bad reminding people she was associating with those wolf monkeys.

I’m not saying it is or isn’t true, I just don’t get why she feels the need to keep talking about him when they both moved on. If her relevance needs to be based on bashing people she don’t even deal with anymore she might as well go ahead and buy a curtain rod & a camera next…
Well damn. I can say I believe Gucci did slap Scrappy. That sounds very believable. Gucci would do something like that. lol

Funny but none of this is surprising. And I thought this stuff was already confirmed by someone else anyway.
This is why I don’t understand why Erica keeps dealing with Scrappy.
