Rick Ross has had lots of drama with street dudes ever since it was confirmed he was indeed a Corrections Officer before he became a rapper named after a former drug King Pin. And it’s not uncommon for him to allegedly get ran out of cities by gang members and he’s even had to cancel shows due to threats.

It appears “The Boss” is having even more problems. According to new reports, Rick Ross was allegedly ran out of the city of Detroit and his performance at 107.5′s Summer Jamz #17 in Detroit Saturday night didn’t happen because he was reportedly threatened yet again.

According to gossip, an army of goons ran him out the D.

Smoking Section writes:

According to rumors, Ross dipped after finding out that 100 “fans” were waiting for him at the Chene Park venue. They say Ross didn’t even step foot on stage before he and his crew packed their sh*t and got the hell up outta Detroit. As a result, Ross has been banned (again?) from ever stepping foot in the Motor City.

This is the second time Rozay has had problems in Detroit. His empty tour bus was robbed of thousands of dollars in jewelry, clothes and other personal items in 2012. While many suspected local rapper Trick Trick was behind the burglary, Trick denied his involvement. “I wasn’t gona entertain this weak sh*t but, if I wanted to get officer ricky, I’d get em! Not tear up a tour bus! That’s B*TCH sh*t! GSM,” he tweeted July 2012.

  1. Well this is what he gets for trying to pretend to be someone he’s not. I don’t understand why rappers feel like they need to be thugs anyway, it’s not necessary anymore. Drake is a good example of that.

  2. They are going to keep testing him because they know he’s a fraud. From day one he should have been honest about who he was. It’s not like people care about that anyway. You don’t have to be a thug to make it in Hip Hop anymore. Look at Kendrick, Drake, J Cole etc. Just be yourself.

  3. And not an ounce of sympathy do I have to give. Don’t name yourself after a well known drug dealer if you ain’t bout that life.

  4. Damn he’s getting shot at, threatened by gangs and forced to cancel shows all throughout the country. He needs to stop calling himself The Boss. LOL.

  5. I may be in the minority, but I kind of feel bad for him. He was only dressing up for the part he thought he had to play to make it in rap. Unfortunately everyone knows he’s not who he claimed to be, so they are obsessed with going after him all the time now. I hope he doesn’t get hurt or killed.

  6. This is pretty much the norm for Rick Ross now everywhere he goes. I know he’s sick of it. But he came in the game pretending to be a drug dealing superstar and was a corrections officer. Now he will always be a target.

  7. Oh I get it you rap about being “bout that life” but when it comes to really being “bout that life” he ain’t.If you ain’t gangsta than you not don’t try to portray something you ain’t.NWA, Ice T, Scarface,<<<<< those are some of the real gangsta rappers.

    1. Yeah they are saying he didn’t pay Trick Trick once he got there, so he just left. He may not be a real thug but I can’t blame him for refusing to pay a real thug money to put on a show he was invited to.

  8. Moral of the story- don’t talk like you’re about that life when you aren’t. There will always be people ready to put you on blast.
