While rappers like Yung Berg are catching heat for dissing dark-skinned women, it appears Wale feels like now is the best time to uplift women of color.
The other day the rapper took to his Instagram to profess his love for black women and it was pretty heartfelt.
He posted the following photo and writes in the caption:
Black is Beautiful . This picture inspires me ., so proud optimistic . I love our women.. And me lovin our women doesn’t mean in puttin any others down..
