Before French Montana started dating Khloe Kardashian, it was rumored that he had a secret romance with Trina. Then it was reported that French left Trina for Khloe and Trina was extremely upset in how he exited the relationship.
Now Trina is addressing the gossip and she claims she was never in a romantic relationship with French, but they did live together.
She’s also revealing that she’s not happy with Khloe or Kim Kardashian, because she feels like they broke girl code (this is what we find confusing since she says they never dated).
Trina tells 103.5 The Beat’s K Foxx:
“I never told anybody publicly that I was ever in a relationship with him. We were friends. And I always build a great friendship before a relationship. And the relationship was never just that. It was I’m around you, we do business, I respect you. I thought you respected me and that’s the situation. But I feel like some things you just don’t do out of respect. And if you’re doing something on the side and I’m still around you, then I don’t want to be in that situation because we’re all grown and you have the right to go your way and I can go my way.
“I’m not a grudge holder. I’m not bitter.”
Trina then reveals that she used to be good friends with Kim Kardashian and things went left after she took French to a Kanye concert and she introduced him to Kim and her family:
“We were close. The last time I saw her was at Kanye’s concert in New York.
“I introduced him to them…to the sister, the mom and the rest of them at the Kanye West concert.
“I just feel like certain things are girl code and that’s just it. I’m not a person that…I don’t feel like she’s done anything to me. If this was my sister, I’ma rock with my sister whatever it is. Ain’t nobody gon’ turn me away from my sister. I respect that. I just feel like it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it. If I’m with you and I’m sitting with you in this room today, then tomorrow I see you talking to someone that I’m not cool with or someone that I am cool with…I don’t understand whats going on and you never say anything. It’s a little disrespect.”

I’m not really understanding her. So they weren’t together but she thought they would be eventually? But instead he ended up with Khloe and she’s the one who introduced them? Am I getting it right?
Yes you got it. Trina thought they were courting but made a bad decision in not only moving in with him before things got official but also introducing him to the Kardashians. He was stalling in getting serious with her, but got “serious” with Khloe in two days. But what she doesn’t understand is French was using her and Khloe. He uses women to advance himself and then leaves.
They lived together so I’m going to assume they were also sleeping together. Trina let French play her and he never committed to her, then she like a fool thought it would be ok to introduce him to the Kardashians. Did she not get the memo about that family? They don’t have friends. Just people they can use and discard when they feel like it.

So this was confusing. Why won’t Trina just say she was FWB with French, caught feelings, but was dumb and introduced him to the Kardashians? That’s the simplest way to put it.

Trina is too old to not know the game. A man doesn’t need that much time to determine if he wants to be serious with you or not. They know not too long after meeting you. What all this tells me is she was into French, but he was just into the convenience of having her around and in his house. He met Khloe and saw a come up and that’s exactly what he got from “dating” her. Once he got enough fame from it, he cheated on Khloe and moved on. French puts himself first always.
When will these women understand that Kim and her family have no friends? They will stab you in the back with no regrets, especially if you’re a black woman.
