Lil Wayne is currently at odds with Birdman and the rest of Cash Money Records because his album keeps getting pushed back, so the rapper decided to give his fans new music anyway and dropped a mixtape entitled “Sorry 4 the Wait 2.”
In one track, Weezy takes multiple shots at Cash Money and makes it clear that he’s the reason the label has been so successful for many years.
On a remix of O.T. Genasis’ “CoCo,” he raps:
