Actor Michael B. Jordan has been getting plenty of backlash from comic books fans ever since it was confirmed he will be starring as Johnny Storm in the upcoming “Fantastic Four” reboot, and although he addressed it once, he’s checking folks yet again for their racist remarks on the internet.

He tells Entertainment Weekly:

“I didn’t want to be ignorant about what people were saying. Turns out this is what they were saying: ‘A black guy? I don’t like it. They must be doing it because Obama’s president’ and ‘It’s not true to the comic.’ Or even, ‘They’ve destroyed it!’

“Some people may look at my casting as political correctness or an attempt to meet a racial quota, or as part of the year of ‘Black Film.

“To the trolls on the Internet, I want to say: Get your head out of the computer. Go outside and walk around. Look at the people walking next to you. Look at your friends’ friends and who they’re interacting with. And just understand this is the world we live in. It’s okay to like it.”

  1. Ain’t this n-gga the same one who said he doesn’t date women who wear weaves (black women). F-ck him. Eventually he will see f-cking white girls doesn’t make you white.

  2. *blank stare* He lost me with those two interviews he did. One explaining how he can’t speak out about black issues now because his career will suffer and the other one where he pretty much hinted he doesn’t like to date black women. So I don’t really care about racists coming for him.

    1. He’s dating Kendall Jenner now and that was his three strikes with me. I might go see the pic, but it won’t be because of him.

  3. White people are so entitled. They take our roles all the time, but when we do it’s a problem.
