We told you weeks ago that R&B singer Ashanti was rumored to have a budding romance with San Francisco 49ers player Darnell Dockett, and although their romance is still fresh, it hasn’t stopped them from getting flirty on social media.
Unfortunately for the couple, Darnell’s issues with an ex may start bringing them some unwanted media attention.
Apparently Darnell’s baby mama blasted him on Instagram recently and she accused him of skipping out on his kids on Father’s Day to vacay with Ashanti:
He’s not the only one who spent Fathers Day laid up with some female instead of spending time with his kids. I don’t understand that either. That’s a day you need to spend with your damn kids.
I’m starting to feel like most of these athletes are all the same.
Girl they are. I just could not deal with the baby mama drama and side chicks. Ugh.

She got dragged all over IG for this. He bought her the car in 2011 and she wants him to take care of the upkeep, even though she’s got another car as well. She wasn’t lacking for transportation, she was just being messy.
