“Real Housewives of Atlanta” OG NeNe Leakes took some shots at “The View” ladies on Twitter after a recent appearance because she felt like they were being shady.
In particular, NeNe told Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live,” that Raven Symone and Joy Behar were rude and they acted like she didn’t belong.
But now Whoopi Goldberg is responding and she feels like NeNe is just being too sensitive.

Now I won’t deny she’s a new black but not for thinking Nene blew this out of proportion!
It was rude of them to be shady to a guest. That is why that show has become a joke and it’s on life support.
Why is Whoopi acting so nonchalant? Because white women are involved and she’s not ready to retire the cape she has had on for over 3 decades for white people? She’s a joke.
I’m not surprised at her response. She will always pretend like people are being too sensitive. She is never respectful of another black woman’s feelings. I was done with her when she shaded Viola’s Emmys speech.
I hope Nene never goes back on there. They were wrong for that.
If I recall, Whoopi shaded Kenya when NeNe was on the show once, and most of you thought that was adorable. You loved Whoopi then. Funny how things change.

The difference is Kenya has never been invited as a guest on the View. It’s one thing to disagree with a guest on the show but being outright rude is unnecessary. I’m sure you Kenya stans would understand had Kenya been invited as a guest, too bad they were never interested.

Man when I first watched the view episode with NeNe I was like damn they throwing shade and I saw the facial expressions that Raven (I can’t stand Raven a-s ) was giving to her. I thought NeNe didn’t catch the shady looks Raven was giving her till I saw her talk about it later..so idk how whoopi going to act like this is new to her??!!
