Kim Burrell has been getting plenty of backlash ever since her anti-gay sermon went viral, and it’s the reason her upcoming performance on “The Ellen Show” was cancelled.
But Shirley Caesar is riding with Kim and she had some interesting words regarding the situation.

It’s always so weird to see Christians be so hateful when Jesus told them to love everyone. It’s like they pick and chose what parts of the Bible to take seriously.
She must be in the closet. I find that most people who hate gays so much usually have urges they are having a hard time controlling. Or in Kim’s case, finding out her man was on the DL, so now she hates all gays.
Sh-t black twitter is saying she’s actually a lesbian her damn self. She may need to sit her old a-s down before she starts something she can’t finish.
Honestly this is why I’m not a fan of church. These so called Christians and their so called pastors are a mess.

She needs to stay out of this. A lot of people know her tea and it can get ugly. Don’t be a hypocrite Miss Shirley.
Why are cell phone recordings going on in church?
Why is it that being gay is the only sin they seem to get worked up about? All this huffing and puffing about how wicked gay people but these same “pastors” celebrate Pagan holidays and eat pork on a regular. I can go on too if we’re talking about sins. Hypocrites!

I’m not seeing the God in Kim and Shirley. Just arrogance, false superiority, anger and hate.

Straight out of Jesus’ mouth yet these fake Christians continue to ignore scripture. Why is that?
These so called women of God should read Luke 7 in entirety so they can finally understand why Jesus hung with sinners. Then just maybe they will become better Christians and human beings. Too many believers don’t really know the God they serve and what Jesus was about. But then again, most don’t even read the Bible. I’m out. God bless.
God says homos-xuality is an abomination which is above all sin!! Read your bibles!! They are not saying they hate anyone! Yes God loves homos-xuals he just dont approve of their act!! Read your bibles and just maybe you will stop speaking against christian people and try and save your own souls
Why do y’all lie about your own Bible? To excuse your sinful nature? I challenge you to post the scripture that declares being gay is the worst of all sins. I want you to prove that God believes being gay is worst than rape, murder, stealing and idolatry just to name a few. I’ll be back to see if you actually do.
