The other day it was confirmed that the judge who is presiding over Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida’s divorce tossed out the divorce judgment, resulting in the former couple still being legally married.
Now Phaedra’s rep is speaking out and claims Apollo is the one holding things up.

My thing is who cares if the names are mispelled. Just cross that out, initial and grant the divorce. He know he don’t get to get out to attend a divorce hearing. He is tripping big time. Apollo, just let it happen so you can ride out blissfully with your new bride.
Ok so she is saying Apollo is the one holding things up and Apollo is saying it’s her. Either way, they need to get this thing finalized asap because it’s obvious they won’t be getting back together.
If this is true, then why is he engaged? This is such a weird situation. I can’t lie though. HIs fiancée gives me scammer teas.
So did Phaedra really misspell the names or not? Her rep didn’t address that part.
So I see Phaedra and her team are just going to continue to lie. Apollo doesn’t want her anymore. He’s moved on so how is he responsible for the hold up? She’s the one who couldn’t even use the correct names on court documents, mind you she’s supposed to be an attorney herself. She is just jealous he’s engaged to someone much better than her.
Phaedra has really been confusing me lately but I’ll believe her before I believe Apollo. TMZ gets most of their information from Apollo.
Phaedra has a prenup and that’s what the holdout is. Apollo wants to be paid to exit that marriage and he’ll do whatever is necessary to hold the divorce up till he gets it.
