Kenya Moore’s Temporary Restraining Order Against Matt Jordan Revoked

According to reports, Kenya Moore’s temporary restraining order against Matt Jordan was revoked, and it’s all because Kenya wasn’t able to serve Matt any paperwork.

The Daily Mail writes:

Kenya Moore lost her temporary restraining order against ex-boyfriend Matt Jordan after a Fulton County Superior Court judge revoked it when the reality star didn’t show up at a Wednesday hearing.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta beauty was not able to serve Jordan with the court order (which was issued last month) because she couldn’t locate him, her lawyer told TMZ.

Moore did not show up to court knowing the judge would revoke the order – which forced Jordan to keep 200 yards away from the reality star – after it wasn’t served, according to her attorney.

The Bravo star, 46, intends to refile for the restraining order, according to her lawyer, after telling the court last month that Jordan called her number as many as ’30 times a day between September and February,’ even after she blocked his number.

She said that Jordan vowed he would ‘get’ her and give her ‘what she deserves.’
