‘Basketball Wives’ Recap: Evelyn, Tami Finally Make Up + Jackie is Furious

Jackie sits down with Cristen

Jackie also invited Evelyn to the sit down. Evelyn tells Jackie she cannot drink wine due to her IVF. She also informed Jackie and Christen of the multiple miscarriages she’s had while being in a relationship with Carl Crawford. Cristen mentioned she had a miscarriage when she was 4.5 months pregnant just several months ago.

Later on, Jackie tells Evelyn how she showed up to Tami’s book signing uninvited.

“The friendship is over. She threatened to punch Doug’s wife in the face and his wife is me.” – Jackie to Evelyn and Cristen

Jackie then tells the ladies that they are all invited to a wine safari. She says, “I’m not going to invite Tami because she hates me.” Evelyn nods in agreement.

Shaunie pushes Tami to having another sit down with Evelyn.

Apologetic for not showing up to Tami’s book signing, she invites her to apologize. Tami then tells Shaunie that Jackie showed up to the book signing uninvited.

“She showed up in a red coat with wolf p***y fur.” – Tami to Shaunie

The situation has convinced Tami that she no longer needs to pursue a friendship with Jackie.

“I’m off Jackie… No further communication is necessary between me and Jackie Christie.” – Tami to Shaunie

Shaunie tells Tami she is sick and tired of being in the middle of her beef with Evelyn. She asks Tami if the three of them can have a sit down.

“I really want to stay away from Evelyn. The last time we got together, she brought up some old stuff…” – Tami

Tami eventually agrees to the sit down with Evelyn, with Shaunie attending as the mediator.

Shaunie convinces Evelyn to work things out with Tami.

Evelyn is convinced Jackie is crazy.

While talking about Jackie’s wine safari, Evelyn says,

“She’s okay with putting peanut butter on her p***y and having a dog lick it off.” – Evelyn to Shaunie

Shaunie later invites her to another sit-down with her and Tami. Evelyn is reluctant.

While Jackie is on her fourth glass of wine, Shaunie pulls Evelyn to the side and tries to convince Evelyn on the sit down offer.

“I feel both of you can fill that need.” – Shaunie to Evelyn

Evelyn feels Tami needs to apologize for calling her out of her name. When Shaunie asks if Evelyn needs to apologize, Evelyn says no.

Although Evelyn doesn’t feel she did anything wrong, she finally agrees to the sit down with Tami.

Malaysia returns.

Jackie and Malaysia catch up. This is Malaysia’s first appearance on the show this season. Malaysia mentions that she is moving to Atlanta to open up a kids’ boutique. Jackie asks if she can move and help, and Malaysia politely declines her offer. Malaysia then flirts with their waiter.

“My love life is a joke. I’m not really sure if the person I’m currently dating will work out.” – Malaysia

Jackie then tells her everything that went down so far between her, Evelyn and Jackie.

While she’s not all that interested in the drama, Malaysia does tell her she was wrong for putting Tami in the middle of it.

“You got to learn girlfriend-code 100.” – Malaysia

Shaunie’s sit-down with Evelyn and Tami works out after a few bumps.

Tami is unsure of how things will play out. She’s scopes out the scene to make sure she has enough room to fight if necessary. Evelyn’s past of throwing bottles has her cautious.

“I have to be on guard… I will know Evelyn will pick up and throw a bottle or drink. I cannot be friends with someone who is unwilling to own up to their mistakes.” -Tami

The ladies express their displeasure with one another. Evelyn did not like Tami calling her a b**** and hoe.

“I feel like hoe was befitting.” -Tami

Shaunie steps in and asks how they can move on. Tami gets frustrated and walks out of the restaurant.

Shaunie runs outside and convinces Tami to return.

Shaunie tells Evelyn that the name calling is small and that Evelyn should’ve addressed the situation with her ex-husband sooner.

Evelyn apologizes and both of the ladies then say “I’m sorry” at the same time. The two seem cordial at the end of it but Evelyn seems to want time to learn to trust Tami again.

When Shaunie brings up the Jackie Christie situation, Tami says that she does not spend time, searching the internet looking for what Evelyn is doing. However, a flashback shows Tami doing just that and alerting Jackie of the comment Evelyn left on Takari’s Go Fund Me page.

The two end the sit down laughing at Tami calling Jackie’s jacket “wolf p****.

Jackie meets with Shaunie.

Shaunie is furious that Shaunie had Tami and Evelyn sit down to hash out their differences without her.

“I’m so livid. Lets push Jackie out and make it seem like I’m the bad guy.” – Jackie

But Shaunie thinks all of three of them should sit down and discuss everything.

Jackie tells Shaunie she is pissed off and disappointed and demands the sit down to happen ASAP.
