Keyshia and Daniel have been done for a while now, but both have been slow to make their divorce official by filing the paperwork.
Now that they are on good terms and have been co-parenting without any drama, apparently Keyshia felt it was time to make their split official.
According to the Blast, she filed for divorce September 12.
The Blast writes:
According to divorce documents obtained by The Blast, the “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” couple filed for divorce on September 12. They were married in 2011.
The singer is citing irreconcilable differences and lists the date of separation as October 31, 2014 (more on that later). Cole is requesting joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s 7-year-old son, Daniel Gibson Jr.
She is also asking for neither side to receive spousal support.
Why the hell did they wait so long?

I smell a rat here. With all the drama she’s had between birdman and Floyd, I’m thinking she’s been pressured to make a move to end the marriage so she can move forward officially with something/someone else. After years of waiting, I’m not sure being on good terms would be her incentive for finally moving forward.
Now she can officially move on to the next trash a-s man. She has the worst taste in men.
They really did drag out this divorce. They could have been divorced already.
