K. Michelle Talks Butt Reduction + Being Banned from iHeartRadio After Angela Yee Feud

K. is on a promo run for her newest album, “Kimberly: People I Used to Know.” One of the promo stops was Hot 97 FM’s morning show with Ebro.

K. Michelle was her usual, unfiltered self as they tackled multiple topics. She even opened up about her plastic surgery early next year.

She confirmed that she is indeed moving forward with undoing the surgery she got on her butt:

January 12, I literally have to lay down again to get these “foreign objects” out of my body. People don’t talk about that. They know that… we all go to the same doctor. It’s the same doctor that everybody in the industry goes to… get their butt done. And now we’ve lost weight, had kids, other things like that, and our butt has gone another direction.

No you gotta correct it… go fix it.

When asked if she’s getting it altered or removed, K replied, “I was altering, now I am getting it completely removed.”

They then addressed rumors on social media where K. Michelle bleaches her skin.

I wouldn’t even know where to buy that. My Daddy is a black history professor. I don’t get down with s*** like that. There’s no bleaching going on.

People just gonna make s*** up on me anyway. Regardless I told you… bleaching; that’s a no-go in my household.

Next, K. Michelle touched on beginning to separate herself from social media. She really just wants a place to be herself, but because she is who she is, she learned she can’t do that on social media.

I really want the space to do what I want to do in the space to, you know… become comfortable in me as an artist. Me as a woman.

Before I tweet, I actually kind of think about it. It kinda get on my nerves though. I be wanting to go but I’m like, no.

I think it’s huge. If you see how much I type in there, then delete… I’m like you know what, people want better from you.

When asked if she gives herself social media breaks, K says, “ I do. I have somebody here right now that can talk like me, sound like me [on Twitter]. They get the tone. They tweet, all of that. I don’t have to be involved.”

Lastly, K addressed the infamous interview with the Breakfast Club, where she called out Angela Yee. K. Michelle says she was offended by how Angela Yee brought up the topic of her body parts during Maino and Uncle Murda’s interview.

In the interview, Uncle Murda claimed that K’s “lady parts” smelled.

It’s just the fact… leave me out your s***. I’m not no mother f***ing barbie. I’m not no motherf***ing little girl. Like for real. I am from the streets. If you wanna play, we can play.

The interview was over. She brought it up knowing my album is coming out the next day, knowing I am coming in there the next day. You bring it up again and the whole interview was done. During the whole interview, it was never brought up. So why [Angela Yee] wait for the closeout, and you popped in and brought that up. And I’m like here you go. You be at all the parties, drinking all the liquor, doing all the things.

And you come in her end do some old… this ain’t no woman s*** you doin, because you don’t want nobody to say that about you. Don’t nobody talk about you and the s*** you do.

When asked if they reported on a totally baseless rumor, K replied, “Yes. [They were] reporting on a totally baseless rumor about me. A baseless rumor that can affect somebody, that’s about their body. And I got an album coming out.”

She also confirmed to Ebro that she was banned from all iHeartRadio stations as a result of going off on Yee.

  1. While I appreciate how real she is, K has to learn how to be more professional. She’s not the only celebrity who has had an interview with someone she can’t stand. But you have to be smart and remember that burning bridges don’t suit anyone.

  2. I’ll give her credit for keeping it real about plastic surgery. At least she can admit how terrible her butt looked. A lot of these women are in denial.
