Kordell Stewart Responds to Accusations of Locking Porsha out the House

Porsha Stewart’s divorce to Kordell just keeps on getting nastier and stranger. Although they attempted to appear as if they had it together during their appearance on season five of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” it’s pretty clear at this point things between them have become nothing more than a big mess. Not only did Porsha claim she was blindsided by the filing, but she even revealed in a recent interview that she found out the marriage was ending via Twitter. Recently, it was reported by TMZ that Kordell had even changed the locks on the home they were sharing, and by doing so Porsha was forced to move back in with her mother. This of course comes just days after Kordell admitted he wanted to work on the marriage and changed his mind about divorcing. To be expected, Kordell claims that’s not what really went down. Hip Hollywood reports:

In the paperwork obtained by HipHollywood exclusively, Kordell states that while he did change the locks on their home, it was because Porsha, “abandoned the marital home on April 2nd, 2013.” Stewart goes on to say, “(Porsha) established a routine of leaving (the) pre-marital residence without explanation and without consideration of the detrimental effects such behavior would have on the parties’ marriage , and (Kordell’s) nine year old son.”

Wait, there’s more. On top of all of that, Kordell said he DID try to tell Porsha he was changing the locks via text message.

“Hey reaching out not knowing who may or may not have keys to the house at this point, I was concerned for our safety so I changed the locks on the house. If and when you need to get in give me a heads up so you can get in”, the text, which we’ve seen, reads.

Kordell goes on to tell the site that Porsha should be responsible for herself financially and get her own place to live because “She is a celebrity, and has the income through appearances, endorsements, Bravo and other entities …(Porsha) should be capable of supporting herself but may not be able to as a result of her own financial negligence.”

Erica and Lil Scrappy’s daughter gets thrown into their beef? Lil’ Scrappy and Shay Johnson have recently been rumored to be back together after it appeared as though things were not looking too good between Scrappy and his fiancee Erica. And way before Erica called off the wedding, Momma Dee was on a mission to convince Scrappy to leave Erica for good and give things with Shay another shot as Momma Dee has made it crystal clear that she thinks Shay and Scrappy together is a good look for her son. And Momma Dee’s persistence looks to have paid off as word is that Scrappy and Shay have been spotted together, out and about, all around Atlanta together. And it appears that Momma Dee has officially welcomed Shay into “the palace” as Momma Dee held a charity event at “XS Ultra Lounge” in Atlanta, Georgia called “Stomp the Runway,” where Shay was crowded “Princess of the South.”

Here’s what eyewitnesses who went to the event revealed to Hip Hop Gossip Site:

“According to some witnesses who attended Friday’s crowning stated
that Shay hardly ever left Scrappy’s side and was indeed crowned the
“Princess of The South.”

No word yet on how Erica Dixon is feeling about all of this, but word
on the internet curb is that she’s “allegedly” been giving Scrappy a
hard time about seeing their daughter. I have no idea if that last
part is true or not, but that’s what the streets of Atlanta are
reporting to me.”

And judging from this picture below obtained by HHGS, it looks like Scrappy and Shay were enjoying each other’s company at the event:

K. Michelle might know how to become a big star in reality television thanks to her instant rise to stardom on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, but music will always be her first priority. And since the singer has confirmed on several occasions that she plans to walk way from the hit VH1 show after the second season, now is a better time than ever to focus on getting her music career on track. K. Michelle inked a record deal with Warner Bros. several months ago and her debut studio album “Rebellious Soul” is set to drop this summer. K. Michelle recently spoke on her upcoming album and says in order to make sure it performs well and becomes a hit with her fans, she’s decided to be very hands on with her music:

“I sing about everything that i go through in life. My mentor is Mr. R. Kelly. He always told me to write life and not music and you’ll always have a job.

“The men in the business, they can try to be very dominant. But what I can say for me, I play a lot of roles and I put on a lot of faces. I really don’t let the men in the business conduct my business, so they might say I’m crazy, they might say I’m a b*tch…but I really work. And I get it done.”

As we recently reported, today is the day the singer has opted to release her first single from “Rebellious Soul,” and “V.S.O.P.” has a very sultry feel we’re thinking her fans will love.

In the song, K. Michelle belts out lyrics about being romanced about a guy she’s really feeling. She compares the romance to a very fine liquor (Very Special Old Pale cognac).

It sounds like the real R&B people have been fiending for, but check it out and let us know what you think below.

Porsha and Kordell’s divorce just got nastier. Kordell Stewart might have thought about reconciling with his estranged wife Porsha Stewart post blindsiding her by filing for divorce behind her back and forcing her to learn of his move via Twitter; but it appears that the retired football player has taken the gloves off again considering Porsha has expressed she’s not interested in reconciling at this point. Although it was confirmed by Porsha that the former couple was still living together, it appears Kordell has found a grimy way of getting Porsha out the house once and for all. According to TMZ, Kordell has decided to change the locks on Porsha and is now refusing to give her a key, thereby forcing her to move back in with her mother. The website reports:

Kordell Stewart REAALLLY doesn’t wanna see his estranged wife Porsha Williams anymore … ’cause the ex-NFL star just changed the locks on the family home to keep her out … this according to Porsha.

The “Real Housewives of ATL” star just filed new docs in her divorce war with Kordell … and it appears the nasty split just got even NASTIER.

According to the docs, filed in family court in Georgia and obtained by TMZ, Porsha claims Kordell has locked her out of their residence on multiple occasions … and she had to have her lawyer beg Kordell’s people for a key.

Sources close to the situation tell us Kordell isn’t playing ball — and hasn’t forked over a key.

The website also goes on to claim Porsha specified in the documents that she attempted to work things out with Kordell in a mediation session, but he allegedly blew it off and said it was “a waste of everyone’s time.” Interestingly enough, he’s still been taking to his social media accounts to claim he wants to work things out.

Lil Scrappy dating Shay Johnson again? Lil Scrappy and Momma Dee, without a doubt, have a very close relationship with each other. Yet the close bond that they have has caused problems in Scrappy’s love life as she wants to see Lil Scrappy dating Shay Johnson again. Momma Dee’s desire to be locked into what is going on in her son’s personal life has ruined her relationship with Erica. And because of her constant interference in Erica and Scrappy’s relationship, Erica exploded in the midst of their conversation at the dinner table, Erica later letting Scrappy know that she didn’t feel like he had her back that night like she felt he should have. Though Scrappy finally put his mother in her place, after Erica peeped a text message exchange between Scrappy and another female that was a little too friendly in the upcoming episode of the show, she calls off their wedding. Despite Lil’ Scrappy and Momma Dee’s many talks about the way she treats Erica and her heavy involvement in his love life, Momma Dee’s feelings about both Shay and Erica haven’t changed much. And Scrappy still makes it a point to check people who have anything nasty to say about how his mother acts.

When one of his followers tweeted him about Momma Dee’s “bullsh*t” and how no one should have to take disrespect from her, Scrappy defends his mother and says no matter how people feel about her, she is still on TV getting paid. And he makes it clear that he is a single man, despite the talk of him reuniting with Shay Johnson and calls Erica out again (Read from bottom to top):

Did Mimi Faust and Nikko break up? Mimi Faust became an instant reality TV star after joining the cast of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. And it took no time at all for the drama to start up for Mimi as it was revealed that her daughter’s father Stevie J. was doing more than putting down tracks in the studio with Joseline Hernandez. Though Mimi and Joseline have both had their separate relationships with Stevie, Mimi couldn’t escape the pesky rumor that she had a bedroom fling with Joseline and Stevie, a claim that Mimi said was a lie, Mimi Faust and Nikko breaking up being another piece of gossip surrounding her. In an interview that she did with StupidDOPE, Mimi talked about how she handles Joseline being disrespectful towards her and reveals her current status with Nikko.

Mimi was asked if her and Joseline ever run into each other off the set of the show and how she reacts when they do cross paths. While Mimi says she doesn’t say anything to Joseline when she sees her out in the streets, she says that Joseline is just as disrespectful towards her off camera as she is on camera. And as far as Joseline’s “Molly Maid” comments, Mimi thinks it’s all very silly as she does own her own business:

“I mean, it’s ridiculous. I’m an entrepreneur. I’m a business owner. I’m these things. The only thing that she runs is her lil’ nasty crotch! So, she’s just ridiculous calling me a maid. I make a living in owning business. I get checks. You running around… on your back. Stop it girl! She’s young and immature so we have to give her a pass sometimes.”

Before the second season kicked off, it was revealed that Mimi had a new man in her life, Nikko, who will be seen later on in the season. Yet whispers suggested that Mimi’s new found romance with Nikko was already over. Mimi says though that is not the case:

“Me and the new guy, yes. We’re still good. You know in any relationship you have your good days. Your bad days. You fuss and fight, so that happens. It happens in real life and it happens on camera.*laughs*”

On the subject of relationships, Mimi was asked about her friendship with K. Michelle and how she is able to maintain a bond with the singer as K. has gotten into it with the majority of their other cast mates. And she says that it’s because her and K.’s personalities are so different that they keep each other balanced. And she adds that prior to filming for the show, Ariane was the only cast mate that she actually knew and had a relationship with, although she knew Rasheeda and Kirk too. Though Mimi and K. Michelle have patched things up between them, Mimi admits that she was not happy with how K. behaved at her housewarming party:

“I’m just disgusted and in awe and everything you can possibly imagine. First of all, that was my new place, so not only are you throwing hot wax on Rasheeda, you’re throwing hot wax on my new furniture, my carpet. It was just… Who does that??? But you know K has a habit of picking up things and throwing them. That’s her ‘go to’ thing. I’m gonna pick somethin’ up and I’m gonna throw it.”

Mimi also talks about the things that she is trying to do outside of LHHATL:

“My aim is of course to expand. I’m also opening up a home accessory line that has to do with my cleaning business. I have a children’s apparel line that I’m working on right now. I have so many things on my table. That God for Love and Hip Hop because it opened so many doors for me. I’m so thankful. I could go on and on. I have so many things on the table, I don’t wanna tell you about EVERYTHING but, oh my God. It’s been an amazing ride.”

Mimi isn’t fazed by Joseline’s “maid” comments and won’t pass up the chance to remind Joseline that she is getting a cut of the money she is making as Stevie’s artist either.

Joseline uploaded a picture to her Instagram account of a handbag that Stevie bought her with the caption:

“Thanks Daddy for getting me my new @louistewart I love Her!!!”

To put Joseline in her place, Mimi uploaded a photo of her holding a similar bag full of cash to her account with a caption of her own:

“Thanks for making that money for daddy so he can bring it to momma! #LHHATL”

K. Michelle might bring the humor to VH1′s hit show ”Love and Hip Hop Atlanta,” however, she still considers music to be her priority. Now that the reality star has a record deal with Warner Bros., she plans to make her presence known in R&B music. In fact, the singer plans to bring the same rawness she lives by on the show into her new music, and she credits R. Kelly for mentoring her and teaching her how important it is to sing about real life. In a recent interview with OK! Magazine, when talking about her new music, she says:

“I sing about everything that i go through in life. My mentor is Mr. R. Kelly. He always told me to write life and not music and you’ll always have a job.

Are Erica Dixon and Lil Scrappy getting married despite all of the drama they continue to have with Momma Dee and Shay Johnson’s interference? Well if the upcoming episode of “Love and HipHop Atlanta” is any indication, it appears that Erica and Scrappy won’t be walking down the aisle any time soon. In fact, Erica seems to have more problems with the rapper than his mother and former flame. Apparently when Erica isn’t going toe to toe with Momma Dee, she may have to question whether or not Scrappy is being faithful to her. And it’s an issue Erica says caused them plenty of problems in the past.

In the sneak peek released from VH1, Erica and Lil Scrappy have a serious conversation in which Erica tells the rapper that she went through his phone and saw him inappropriately communicating with another female. She then goes on to say that she can’t trust him and because of that, she is calling off the wedding. Of course Scrappy claims the text messages weren’t necessarily the right thing to do, but they are innocent.

On the upcoming episode, VH1 writes:

If you have to go snooping through your man’s phone chances are the relationship is already over because there’s a lack of trust. As if the Momma Dee debacle wasn’t enough strain on the couple’s engagement, questionable text messages adds another layer of problems on to their already rocky relationship. “Once you go looking for something you gon’ find it,” Scrappy says. Scrappy avoids owning up to his wrongdoing deciding to focus on the definition of love instead. Erica has taken off the ring with no intentions of putting it back on. “I’mma just be straight up. I think we need a break,” she says. Jazmine Sullivan has a song about this cycle. “We’re goin in circles/circles/round and round/while you’re doing me so wrong I just keep holding you down,” she sings.

R&B singer Monifah is back in the spotlight thanks to her role on TV One’s hit reality show “R&B Divas.” And with the return to the spotlight comes the magnifying glass to one’s personal life. So Monifah wasted no time and made sure she revealed her sexuality on her own terms before the show made its way to the network. While things are going great for Monifah in her romantic life and career these days, she did admit to HuffPost that she didn’t come out of the closet for attention or accolades. She even confirmed that despite what some people think, most of the biggest names in 90s R&B music were involved in lesbian relationships behind the scenes.

When it comes to coming out of the closet as a celebrity, Monifah says she thinks it’s very different for men to reveal they are gay:

“I don’t know if it’s easier. I just think it’s different. It’s a boys club. First of all, people directly go to the act of sex when it comes to homosexuality, which it’s not what it’s about. So of course it’s going to be a bigger deal about Jason Collins or Frank Ocean because it’s a guy.

“I also applaud them for their bravery and for paving the way for that next guy and for kids. So that they know that they’re not alone. And so that they know … they have everyday and extraordinary people who look like them, that feel like them and that they can identify with. That’s what’s important.”

She wasn’t looking for accolades when she admitted to being a lesbian:

“I didn’t come out to get accolades. I just showed my truth. I wasn’t trying to be a pioneer. I knew that it would help somebody and it has definitely helped me live my best life.”

And according to Monifah, a lot of the 90s R&B starlets were indeed dating each other:

“Oh yes. There were a lot of women that were dating each other on the scene in the ’90s.There were executives saying not to mess their money up and to keep it on the low (on both sides of the coin for the men and the women).”

Kordell and Porsha Stewart may be over and going through a divorce, but despite all the tough talk the retired football player was doing in the early stages of their split, it’s pretty clear he now regrets his decision. In fact, Kordell even recently announced to followers on his Instagram account that he wanted to attempt to work things out with Porsha and he was considering taking her on a lavish vacation, so they could talk their issues out and try to stay together. Unfortunately for Kordell, Porsha just wasn’t interested in reconciling and took the steps necessary to move froward with the divorce he filed behind her back. When asked if she thinks there could be a reconciliation, she tells Hollywood Life:

“You know, I really don’t have the space in my mind to consider that right now. I’m in the middle of a divorce, so reconciliation is not at the top of my list. So, that’s not something I’m thinking about.”

Things also started to look bleak when it comes to possibly working out their issues when Porsha started saying in interviews that she now feels Kordell doesn’t deserve her and she could do better.

Perhaps Kordell got the message loud and clear that things are over for good because he eventually deleted all the photos he posted in reminiscence of his marriage. And recently on his Twitter account, he even agreed with a follower who expressed they believed it was a cowardly move for him to file for divorce instead of just working out his issues with Porsha in the first place (read the tweets from top to bottom):

The Momma Dee and Erica Dixon beef is still ongoing and doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon considering both are still taking jabs at one another on their social media accounts. Interestingly enough, Erica did shock plenty of fans of “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” when she exploded on Momma Dee and Lil Scrappy and appeared to be just steps away from fighting both. Although things were quickly broken up by security, Lil Scrappy and Erica’s engagement still seems to be on the rocks and many doubt (including Momma Dee) that they will ever make it down the aisle. Momma Dee recently stopped by Detroit radio station Hot 107.5, and says that Erica isn’t “fed up” like people think and has actually been the aggressor in their feud for nine years. She even claims Erica tried to fight her while she was recovering from being shot years ago.

“What y’all saw last week [Erica's tantrum], I’ve been going through for nine years. So when everyone’s going out on me on Twitter, just know what you saw last week is what I’ve been going through. So everybody’s got a child, how would you like for somebody to cuss you out, disrespect you and hit your child in front of your face? Be careful…what you see on TV they show you bits and pieces. So I’ve been going through it with this girl, the disrespectfulness for over nine years. So when you Twitter me and say mean things, I’ma block you first of all. Second of all, you don’t know my life. I don’t know your life, and I definitely don’t want to know yours. So with that being said, stay back.

“…Baby she tried to fight me when I got shot years ago and had a feeding tube out my stomach…tried to fight me just for breaking her and Scrappy up. She want to fight me too. Y’all don’t get it. This girl…I’m a good person. I could be a “B” when I want to, but at the end of the day, she’s a child under me. I’m not a bad person but y’all just gotta know it’s two sides to a story. To every action there’s a reaction. Everybody’s like ‘Well Erica fed up.’ No, Erica been disrespecting momma for over nine years. So with that being said, ladies who all have kids, if somebody cuss you out on the phone and speak to your son or daughter you gon’ like them? Or you gon’ like someone that respect you when they come to they house, calls you momma, and want to be a part of what you’re doing? Not trying to come between you and you and your daughter or you and your son.”

Despite all the beef, Momma Dee says she still respects Erica because she’s the mother of her granddaughter, but she just feels she’s not meant to be with her son.

Interestingly enough, she did bring her boyfriend Detroit with her and says she doesn’t want him to ever join the show. Of course, he looks like he’s around Scrappy’s age or a couple years older. Momma Dee does like them young though.

While everyone is trying to figure out if Lil Scrappy and Erica Dixon are still engaged and others ponder if he’s back together with Shay Johnson; the rapper has even more issues to worry about these days. He was recently arrested for yet another probation violation a couple of weeks ago when he refused to submit another urine sample. According to the police, the Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star’s first sample was rejected because it was too cold, and made the officer believe it had been tampered with. Momma Dee claims Scrappy refused to submit another sample because the officer was demeaning him, and chose to instead leave and head straight to his attorney’s office. Regardless, a warrant was issued and he did spend a day in jail. Although it was reported earlier this week that his fate would be decided on Wednesday, reports now suggest his probation hearing has been pushed back until next week. Access Atlanta reports:

Atlanta rapper and reality TV personality Lil’ Scrappy will have to wait a week to learn if a judge will revoke his probation.

The 29-year-old Darryl Richardson, a cast member on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hip: Atlanta” was ordered Wednesday to provide a urine sample to test for illegal drugs.

Prosecutors alleged that he switched his urine during a routine drug screening that is required as a condition of his probation.

Richardson is on probation for a 2008 first-offender plea to felony marijuana and gun possession charges.

On Wednesday, DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Daniel Coursey continued the probation revocation hearing until next Wednesday to allow the urine sample to be processed and to make a ruling accordingly.
