The alleged K. Michelle Memphitz beating incident has been questioned ever since the R&B singer namelessly revealed that her alleged abusive ex-boyfriend was Toya Wright’s husband Memphitz. Toya and Memphitz were not too happy about K’s claim of Memphitz abusing her while they dated, Toya and Memphitz both engaging in a nasty beef with K. Michelle on Twitter and Instagram. K. Michelle and Toya’s beef didn’t go beyond the social media networks, although K. did threaten Toya, K. getting fed up with Toya speaking on things K. felt she knew nothing about. Memphitz took legal action as he filed a lawsuit against K. Michelle, VH1 and Mona Scott-Young for supposedly defaming his character, K. never seeming to be fazed by his move at all. And to this day, Memphitz is still holding on to his innocence and says that K. Michelle is lying on him. K. Michelle hasn’t budged at all on her claim either and during one of her recent performances, a tearful K. Michelle reflected on her alleged abusive relationship with Memphitz and how people treated her when she told her story:
“I had people send me hate tweets and do things to me like I was the one who did it to myself. I think a lot of women don’t tell they story and a lot of women…and men…a lot of women don’t…just because you don’t know what people are going to say to you. And more and more women are coming forward and I think if you go through that you have to use it to help other people. You have to be strong.”
Well it looks as though Memphitz had a response for K.’s emotional moment on stage as he took to his Instagram account and uploaded the post below with the caption:
“I Still Believe In Real People.” Happy Friday.
Shortly after posting the image on IG, he uploaded the exact same one on his Tumblr page.
I still think he did it. #shrugs

This “man” took time out of his “happily married” life to go FIND tweets about K. Michelle because those tweets were not @ him. He went to find them. People quick to call K. Michelle bitter, which she can be at times, but the real bitter one is him. He is upset because she now has a record deal and she is selling out decent shows and she actually has a fan base. He thought she would be nothing without him but God had a different plan. What God has for K. Michelle is FOR K. Michelle. You had your chance to prove your innocence in the lawsuit but you dropped it. For what reason though? Chile, he needs to go find a job or go work in Toya’s boutique since she takes care of him anyway. She might as well make him work for his money. Karma is a b-tch Memphitz. I hope everything that you did comes back on you even harder.
