Katherine Jackson has been taking care of Michael Jackson’s kids since the singer’s passing. While Michael did as much as he could to shelter the kids away from the spotlight while he was alive, since his passing, his kids have made headlines plenty as the family has been rumored to be at odds over the late singer’s estate. And just recently, the Jackson family made headlines again after some of Michael’s siblings claimed that their mother had been kidnapped, which led to a media frenzy that lasted over several days. Although Katherine was later found safe and sound, some of Michael’s siblings still believe some shady dealings had occurred. The controversy led to Katherine Jackson temporarily losing custody of Michael’s kids. But luckily, she was then reinstated custody several days after.
The Jackson kids made controversy again several days ago when the kids were photographed on a red carpet event endorsing energy drinks with their aunt Latoya Jackson. Many of Michael’s supporters were furious to see the kids attend any red carpet event, as it was always made clear by Michael that he didn’t want his kids to be victims of the celebrity culture. But many were concerned since they feel as if Paris Jackson looked like a grown woman at the event, instead of the 14 year old she is. Rocking what some said was heavy makeup and a mature looking dress, many criticized Paris’ appearance in the awkward looking photos that were released to the public just hours after the event:
Now sources are saying there’s friction between Paris Jackson and her grand mother Katherine. According to reports, Katherine thinks Paris is acting a little too grown for her age:
“Your father would be furious with you!” What happened to the King of Pop’s daughter? Did Michael Jackson’s untimely death prove too much for her?
Paris arrived at a star studded red carpet event in Beverly Hills earlier this month with a blue gown, high heels and heavy makeup. “Paris is growing up way too fast and Katherine is worried to death about her. She looked like a 24-year-old. Katherine blew up and told Paris she was wearing too much makeup, her clothes were too tight and revealing, and that she’s hanging out with the wrong crowd,” revealed an inside source to the Enquirer.
The insider revealed, “When Katherine saw the picture, she almost had a heart attack. Paris’ shenanigans are getting to be too much for Katherine. She’s too old to handle a crazy young teenage girl like that.” Paris and Katherine have also been fighting about Paris’ acting future. The young “star” is set to star in “Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys”, a fantasy family film slated for release in 2013. She has also been very visible in the public eye since her father’s death in 2009 and appeared as a member of the audience on X-Factor USA’s first season during Michael Jackson Week.
Maybe it’s just me, but she didn’t look too grown in the dress. Now I do think she acts a little too grown, but she’s being worshiped by Mike’s stans, so maybe it’s just all gone to her head. It happens.
Paris does act too grown. But hey, most kids do her age. This is what happens when they have smart phones and Twitter/FB accounts at 14.
Most people do feel like Paris acts too grown. And it’s not a good look that she wants to be famous too. If she doesn’t humble herself, the business is going to eat her alive. Her dad isn’t here to protect her anymore.
LOL why the hell are they endorsing energy drinks though?! Kids should not even be drinking those things. They have all kinds of bad effects to health! What is going on?!
They probably don’t drink those things. But the estate most likely needed the money.

Agreed. All I can do is shake my head. But hey, bills must be paid. None of them look like they want to be there though.
SMH. The whole world can see this child is a little too grown. But she is the only one of Mike’s kids that wants to be famous, so it’s not really shocking behavior at all.
Paris is a trip. She acts a little grown, but she’s not as bad as she could be. I haven’t heard about her being in to drugs or getting in any real trouble yet, so I think it’s too soon for people to write her off. She wants to be famous, if her fam is concerned, they should use their connections to keep her from getting involved with shady people.
Paris just needs a good ole fashion a– whooping from one of her elders. Problem solved.
I don’t even blame Katherine. When that whole thing went down about Katherine missing, Paris was acting too grown then. I couldn’t believe she said some of those things on Twitter about her family. This little girl gets on my last nerves.
