Joseline Hernandez Gets Sued

By: Taren Vaughan

Did Joseline Hernandez not performing at Albany State’s Homecoming events get her sued? Joseline Hernandez’s claim to fame was Love and Hip Hop Atlanta as she became a favorite on the show that kept watchers most entertained. Now that the LHHATL season is over, Joseline has been focusing on her singing career, performing at clubs and events across the country, one of her most recent ones being (or supposed to have been) at Albany State University. As Joseline initially seemed to be hyped about putting on a show for the ASU family, she must have had a change of heart as she failed to make her appearance at the school’s homecoming football game. Not only did Joseline not show up on ASU’s 50 yard line as planned, Joseline Hernandez was supposed to be performing at a hotel after-party event but skipped out on that as well, angering her fans. Joseline told her side of the story, going on a Twitter rant about her decision not to perform. This isn’t the first time Joseline has been called out by fans for acting like a diva, K. Michelle also in the same boat with her. But it looks like she may be getting slapped with a lawsuit for breaking her contact and keeping the money that was given to her prior to the appearances that she was supposed to make but failed to do so.

Here’s the scoop on what may be coming Joseline’s way:

Leave it to Steebie J’s crazy jawn to do some ish like this and go the fawk off Twitter! Outside of collecting VH1 checks, Joseline Hernandez makes her bread and butter doing club appearances — so imagine how shocked we were to learn that the Latina “artist” (and her rock hard tiddays) stood up one of her scheduled appearances and now may face some legal repercussions as a consequence.

VH1’s Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s cast member Ms. Joseline Hernandez was scheduled to make a guest appearance center field at Albany State University (ASU) Homecoming game, and after-party at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel on October 20, 2012. On the morning of ASU’s Homecoming with no communication or explanation, Joseline Hernandez took to her Twitter account (@msjoseline) to communicate her decision to no longer make her contractual guest appearance that day, whilst withholding her advance payment provided by sponsors, 2T Water, LLC.

2T Water, LLC is a U.S. operated natural spring bottled Water Company, which hired Joseline Hernandez to appear at Albany State University’s Homecoming football game, and after-party event.

In response to the Ms. Joseline’s highly publicized Twitter articulation, the CEO of 2T Water, LLC makes this statement:

“2T Water sponsor events across the country, to promote health and wellness with our products. It is unfortunate that celebrities like Joseline Hernandez, would disappoint their fans, with unprofessional behavior. Albany State University’s Homecoming is one of the largest events in the city of Albany, Georgia and 2T Water was greatly pleased to be a part of it, despite the unforeseeable disappointment.” – Eric Wells, CEO of 2T Water, LLC.

Looks like Joseline’s fans weren’t the only ones upset with her for not holding up her end of the deal.

  1. LOL wow. Joseline is getting what she deserves. But honestly, they shouldn’t have booked her in the first place. Who really wants to see her at their college homecoming?

  2. These reality stars are a mess. How are you too good to walk on a football field when you shouldn’t even be famous in the first place?
