Chris Brown Says He Can Dance on Stage With the Greatest & Wants to Embody Positivity

Chris Brown has made it pretty clear that he doesn’t love the media. And we can’t say we don’t understand why. Since that tragic incident he had with Rihanna that left her bruised and bloodied in 2009, Chris has become one of the most hated black celebrities in the media. Of course every move any celebrity makes will always be dissected accordingly in the media for the public’s consumption, but Chris seems to get more negative press than anyone. And this is one of the reasons the young R&B singer and his team opted out of giving anymore interviews earlier this year. But it appears that things might have changed (not to mention that Chris is rumored to have new management) because the singer is finally granting interviews again. But this time, Chris is taking full control of the dialogue and only discussing positive aspects of who he really is. And despite the very overwhelming amount of negative press, Chris says he just want to become a positive public figure. The timing couldn’t be better, especially since he’s rumored to be seeing Rihanna romantically again (Karrueche too) and just got shredded in the press for his choice in a Halloween costume.

In a recent interview with Terrence J. who is making his debut as a host on E! News, Chris says:

“I think, [it’s] that I’m 100 percent dedicated in everything that I do. I want to embody everything that’s positive.

I’ve accomplished all I need to accomplish in my life as far as me being able to say I can successfully sing, I can dance onstage with the greatest,” he continued. “At the end of the day, when I need to be great is when people can say I’ve helped out the world. It first starts here, helping myself, but what I want to do is bring peace to the world.”Not to sound all Teen USA!”

And in related news, Chris has something to celebrate. He has recently launched his own non-profit organization, Symphonic Love Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting and creating art programs for youth, while encouraging acts of public service.

Congrats to Chris.

  1. How is he trying to be positive when he wore a Taliban Halloween costume the other day? How was that positive?

  2. “I’ve accomplished all I need to accomplish in my life as far as me being able to say I can successfully sing…” >>>> Woah!!!!! Let’s not get ahead of ourselves Chris.

    1. Pretty much. He should have done all this right after the incident with Rihanna. The damage has already been done.

  3. Whatever. Chris has really disappointed me. I used to root for him, but he keeps on making terrible decisions. I don’t even take this interview seriously. He has way too many yes men around him for him to get it together.

  4. LMAO yall are mean as hell sometimes. I think it’s dope he has a nonprofit now. He seems to be making his way to happy place again in his life. And has Kae AND Rihanna, so hey, do your thang Breezy. It’s not like Kae or Rih care anyway.

  5. Before y’all take Breezy’s head off, maybe the guy is showing growth and progressing. And no, I am not #TeamBreezy, I just think he might be maturing and learned his lessons.

    1. I hope you’re right. Every time I try to have hope in Chris again, he turns around and does something stupid and offensive. I’m starting to think that’s who he really is…

  6. Karrueche played a BIG role in helping him start this nonprofit. Yet he makes no mention of that. I’m not surprised.

    1. No she did not. I never knew Karate had Stans. I guess that what happened when you are the main one dating CBreezy for a short time.

      1. You must be a Rihtard stan. Look, I know people…Karrueche helped him start that non-profit. She’s really into community service and helped him come up with some of the ideas. She’s not the broke, lazy bum you silly people think she is. She has money, comes from money, and has a career in fashion as a stylist and knows how to make/sew clothes. Stay salty.

        1. It’s interesting that you say that…I think someone had a picture of her on Twitter sewing. I like her being a stylist and designing clothes more than the whole “upcoming model” thing. IJS.

        2. I believe you. I always found it hard to believe that Karrueche was broke when she hangs around the kids of elite black LA families. These black blogs(most of them) are pro Chrihanna, and they feel the need to put her down in the process of lifting them up.

    2. He and Kae are still very close. He gives her props and she’s still very much apart of his career and nonprofit. Don’t believe everything you read on the blogs. They’re good.

  7. Aww Chris probably believes everything he said. That’s cool and all but he will NEVER come close to being MJ. And no, he can’t even hang with him.

  8. Well alright then Chris. I just wish people wouldn’t soup his head up to make him think he can sing because he really can’t. Dude sounds like a cat in labor.

  9. I’m happy for Chris! Give him a chance! The only thing I wish he wouldn’t do is go back to Rihanna. She threw him under a bus and left him for failure. He overcame it and now she wants him back. I can’t stand her shady behind.
