It is no secret that rapper Wiz Khalifa loves to smoke weed and the rapper is a certified pot head. In fact, in most of his music, he raps about his love for the controversial “drug” and his love for it is one of the reasons he has been compared to legendary rapper Snoop Lion, formerly known as Snoop Doggy Dogg. But just like any soon to be parents, he and Amber Rose have had to sit down and have the “weed conversation” to decide what they plan do about Wiz’s addiction when the baby gets here. Some parents will just give up the habit all together when the baby is born, and then others will find a way to keep their smoking habit going despite having children. Wiz seems to be the latter, as he and Amber Rose confirmed in a recent interview with E! News they plan to tell their son about Wiz’s smoking habit, but Wiz still doesn’t plan to smoke in front of his son. Though the rapper  won’t be smoking blunts in front of their child, he doesn’t want his son to have any negative thoughts regarding a drug Wiz thinks is safe despite it being marked  as an illegal drug.

Wiz says:

“I think it’s all about how you’re raised with it. Before there was a much more negative outtake on it. You know, pot and what it can do, and the effects of it. Of course, I’m not going to be smoking right there over the baby, because smoke in general and being high is not good for a kid. None of that. But definitely he’s going to know what it is—and he’ll know the difference between being a child and not being able to use it and being an adult and knowing how to use it.”

Amber Rose says they plan to explain weed smoking to their child like most adults explain alcohol to their kids. She says:

“It’s just like alcohol, basically. That’s how I feel about it, you know. When you’re a kid, you know that you’re not supposed to drink alcohol, that it’s for adults and that’s it.

“Our son is just going to know that daddy likes to smoke.”

In addition to revealing how they plan to handle Wiz’s weed smoking and raising a child under the same roof, the couple also talked about how Amber plans to cope with her first experience of giving birth. Amber (who is currently in her third trimester) plans to have a natural water birth at home. Weirdly, she claims she is actually looking forward to the pain:

“I’m looking forward to the pain, actually. My family thinks I’m crazy, but I want to feel the pain and I want…the end result, just holding my baby and going through all that for him.”

This is the couple’s first child together, and most recently, Wiz revealed that Amber Rose actually had a miscarriage before her current pregnancy. The couple is also set to wed in a courthouse in the next couple of weeks before they have a ceremony for family and friends.

  1. They shouldn’t teach their child that doing illegal drugs is ok. I don’t agree with saying it’s like alcohol. One is legal and the other one isn’t.

    1. So they’re trash because they didn’t allot the brainwashing of the corrupt government to convince them that a harmless “drug” isn’t bad for them? Weed has not killed one person, but alcohol gives people liver disease and causes deadly car crashes. Learn to think for yourself and then you will realize that the war on weed isn’t because it’s dangerous or unhealthy, it’s because the government can’t make money from it being sold.

      1. THIS! Please educate these people. They are so quick to believe every lie the government tells them. If the government cared about your health, they would make alcohol illegal.

  2. Good for them.. Alcohol kills people.. Weed does not.. so I guess its better to be an alcoholic than to smoke weed???? don’t be stupid people!
