Gregg Proposes to NeNe Leakes on New Year’s Eve

Did Gregg propose to NeNe Leakes on New Year’s Eve? For awhile now, there has been much speculation about whether or not NeNe and her ex-husband Gregg were going to tie the knot again. Even after the two divorced, people were not believing for a moment that they were truly done with each other, rumors suggesting on several occasions that Gregg and NeNe were back together. NeNe shut those rumors down not too long ago, and there was even talk about why her and Gregg divorced in the first place, NeNe placing some of the blame on her budding acting career. But it became clear that NeNe and Gregg were on their way to officially reuniting as Gregg has been trying his hardest to win NeNe over from the very start of this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, wooing her every chance that he got. Once they had gotten back together, the proposal talk started up, NeNe even hinting that they may be on the verge of getting remarried soon. And it didn’t take long for that to happen as Gregg popped the big question to NeNe again and he did it right at the very start of the New Year. Not only did Gregg propose to NeNe Leakes but he did it in a most romantic way, NeNe giving the play-by-play of the special night that he had planned for her, starting off with the rose petals that he put in the hallway of their beach condo:

Gregg added a chilled bottle of champagne, strawberries and Hershey kisses as a night cap:

Not done with the Hershey kisses yet, for his last romantic gesture before his proposal, Gregg decorated their bed with a heart made of chocolate:
