From season to season, Phaedra Parks has tried her hand at a number of different business ventures. Now expecting her second child with husband Apollo Nida, that hasn’t kept the entertainment lawyer turned housewife from pursuing those ventures at all, including her latest project that her husband has joined her in doing, Apollo much more willing to get involved this time around than he was with her funeral home idea. Being the fitness fanatics that they are, Phaedra and Apollo came up with the idea of putting together a workout DVD and pitched it to producers, coming up with the title ‘Phine Body By Phaedra & Apollo Donkey Booty Volume 1’. The producers they met with were sold on the idea and so was Phaedra’s cast mate Kenya Moore as she wanted in and said that she wouldn’t mind distributing the DVDs as along as she got 10 percent of the profit that was made off of them and $100,000. The figures that Kenya was throwing out didn’t go over well with Phaedra and neither did the news of Kenya putting out a workout DVD of her own, ‘Stallion Booty’. And it has resulted in Phaedra and Kenya taking shots at each other, Kenya already leaning on Phaedra’s bad side after she was doing some excessive flirting with Apollo. Some people weren’t feeling the whole Donkey Booty theme that Phaedra was going for, but apparently there were plenty out there who are rather enjoying her workout videos as Phine Body is outselling some of the other major workout videos currently out on the market from big time names in the fitness industry, LALATE reports:
Phaedra Parks’ workout video is a major hit and is now even outselling one of Jillian Michaels’ many videos. While Jillian Michaels still remains the biggest seller of workout videos of Amazon, Parks has now jumped in front of one of Jillian’s titles. In fact, Parks is doing so well that she is now certified as an Amazon Best Seller, LALATE can report.
Phine Body By Phaedra & Apollo Donkey Booty Volume 1 is the freshman release by Phaedra Parks and husband and co-star Apollo Nida. Parks and Nida began shipping the DVD in late December. Since then, LALATE has been exclusively reporting about the production team that Parks chose for the video. The same producers have previously done workout tapes for Jane Fonda, Madonna and Billy Blanks.
But now, Phine Body has jumped onto the Best Seller list. Parks with her freshman release is competing against fitness guru Jillian Michaels. Michaels for years has revolutionized how workout videos are authored and distributed. In fact the star of the Biggest Loser has nine of top twenty most sold workout videos on Amazon currently.
But Parks has jumped ahead of two of Jillian’s titles to rank number sixteen on the Amazon Best Seller List in Exercise and Fitness.
Phaedra Parks also reportedly has a workout clothing line coming out soon called Phine By Phaedra.
And Kenya said it would flop. Lmbo.

Phaedra looks a mess and I don’t see how her video is number one. I would never by a workout video from someone whose body looks like they haven’t worked out in over a year.
