Kim Kardashian might be in the middle of a nasty divorce from estranged Kris Humphries and carrying Kanye’s seed, but that doesn’t mean her ex boyfriends aren’t still willing to take shots at her from time to time. Recently, Kim’s ex Ray J. took a few jabs at his old girlfriend in a song called “I Hit It First,” and although Ray J. said it was all in fun and he wouldn’t confirm that it was Kim he was referencing in the shady lyrics, it’s clear he’s talking about Kim, especially since she’s his artwork for the single’s cover.
Kim has always been rumored to be a bit of an attention addict, so those in the media have always claimed that Kim’s so obsessed with getting photo ops daily that she actually calls and tips the paps herself. While Kim’s fans tend to slam the accusations, it appears that her ex boyfriend Nick Lachey (lead singer of former male group 98 Degrees and ex husband to Jessica Simpson) has decided to confirm the rumors himself in a recent interview. When Kim’s name came up and they asked him about what it was like to date her, he recalls the moment they went to the movies and he realized she called the paps herself, so they could be outside the theater to get photos of them afterwards. Nick tells Details Magazine:
“Let’s just say this: We went to a movie. No one followed us there. Somehow, mysteriously, when we left, there were 30 photographers waiting outside. [Laughs]
“There are certain ways to play this game, and some people play it well.”
We told you last year that Kim calls the paps herself and she does it to keep herself relevant. Interestingly enough, this also may validate some gossip we got from a publicist last year who told us that Kim and her camp were the ones planting those “Beyonce hates Kim” articles everywhere to invoke sympathy from the public on her new relationship with Kanye. Interestingly enough, after we posted the story and it began to circulate, the stories stopped.
But people can’t be too hard on Kim for calling the paps herself, especially since she’s not the only one doing it these days.
Of course she does! She’s an attention whore. LOL.
I figured this much. It’s got to be exhausting to have to work so hard to stay relevant because you don’t have any talent.
She also has to date and marry people to stay relevant…pathetic.
Anything to stay relevant. Kim’s biggest fear is ending up like Paris Hilton. Lol.
SMDH. I guess you kind of have to when you had no real reason for becoming famous in the first place.
