The Drake and Chris Brown beef just keeps going, interestingly enough Drake kind of wishes it wouldn’t, at least where the media is concerned. In a recent interview on the “Keep It Thoro” show on East Village Radio, the rapper admitted in a rather blunt and ruthless way that he’s tired of the media talking about their feud. So he decided to put all his thoughts on the situation on the table and basically said he’s not doing anymore interviews about Chris Brown and Rihanna. But of course because he’s Drake, he had to drag Chris in the process of getting his message across. Here’s all of what Drake had to say about his beef with Chris Brown and his feelings (or lack-thereof) for Rihanna:

“For the media and any other media outlets that listen to this interview…Don’t ask me sh*t about that man when I come up there, man. And leave that man alone. Stop praying on his insecurities because his insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him, that I’m more poppin’ than him, and that at one point in life the woman that he loves fell into my lap. I did what any real n*gga would do and treated her with respect, so she doesn’t talk down on me. All those things combined create an individual that comes up to your radio station and do dumb sh*t. But it’s like it shouldn’t be about tearing that man down. It shouldn’t be about wanting to see me and him tear each other down. We have an issue and it’s either going to drag out or maybe in ten years we’ll laugh about it over drinks. But just let us solve that sh*t. But it’s not me and Kendrick, it’s not me and Hov…you’re not going to get anything out of it. I don’t want to hear that man rap. Nobody wants to hear me rap against him. I really do this sh*t. You’re not even going to really get anything out of it. I just urge people, and when I say people I mean the media, just leave that sh*t alone.

“Let him put out that Project X or whatever that sh*t is he’s working on and I’ma just put out this real sh*t for the people and that’s it.”

And when asked if he wants Rihanna and if that’s what the beef stems from, Drake made it very clear he has no interest in Rihanna:

“I’m good. I don’t give a f*ck. I’m good. My life is great. I’m excited about music. I’m in the best place I’ve ever been physically and mentally. I don’t want sh*t.

“I’m not thinking about that man at all, or that girl.”

Ouch. So what was Chris’ response? The singer merely tweeted “LOL” on his Twitter account.

  1. LOL go head Drake. I keep telling people he is not thinking about no damn Rihanna. He’s in his late 20s, handsome, and more successful than her man is. He’s not hurting for females.

  2. I’m definitely Team Drake on this one…I want Chris to stop trying to make raps and diss Drake because he sounds stupid.

  3. Hmm…I wonder if Rihanna is going to “clap back.” She usually only goes after the people she knows won’t embarrass her, so probably not.

    1. LOL! Yeah, I noticed that too about her. She only goes in on people she feels won’t respond. She knows who to pop off on.

  4. I still think all of this is petty. But I do believe Drake has moved on from the Rihanna/Chris thing. Why shouldn’t he? His life is pretty dope looking from the outside looking in.

  5. As much as I like Chris you have to take this as a L my guy. Even though Drake goes on his rant in his usual passive aggressive (SMH) way he said no lies. Sometimes you have to take L’s for the woman choose to be with. Just ask Kanye he should know.

  6. Well I’m glad one of them is finally putting an end to this! Cause I know I was tired of hearing about they “beef”.
