Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are in the middle of a very nasty divorce and although the marriage only lasted for 72 days, it’s clear the divorce proceedings have actually lasted a lot longer than the romance. Kris Humphries is convinced the marriage was nothing but a sham and ploy for ratings, and wants Kim to admit such and agree to an annulment. Kim on the other hand says she did really love Kris and didn’t marry him to keep her reality show afloat. She also wants a divorce and is refusing to give the basketball star an annulment. Last Friday the former couple met at the court for a final divorce settlement talks, but according to reports, the meeting wasn’t successful. And now both are headed for trial.

A last-ditch effort to reach a settlement between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries failed in a Los Angeles courtroom on Friday as both sides were unable to agree on terms of the divorce, and now the case is scheduled to go to trial on May 6, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Humphries’ attorney, Lee Hutton told Radar, “The trial is proceeding as scheduled and I can’t comment on the proceedings today because they are confidential.”
…The trial will begin on May 6, and several media outlets have formally petitioned to televise the proceedings. No ruling has been issued yet on that request.
Of course the tabloids are claiming that the marriage was nothing more than a fraud, but some reports allege Kim doesn’t want to own up to it because her image could take yet another hit and she’s trying to her best to avoid any more backlash from the public regarding the marriage.
Kim is being silly. The whole world knows that damn marriage was a sham. Admit it, give that man the annulment and move on with your life.
She’s worried her image will take a hit? Umm, girl your claim to fame was a sex tape with Brandy’s little brother. Your career started off with a hit. LOL.

They dragged this divorce all the way out for a quickie marriage. Hilarious.
She should have just given Kris what he wanted. It’s no shocker that the marriage was a fake. The world knew before that the truth about Kim. This is a waste of everyone’s time.
Maybe next time Kim will throughly check a man out before she decides to attempt to play him like a simp. Not every man is Ray J. And Kanye will ruin her if she tries it with him. LOL.

Kris is dumb for marrying her when everyone knows she’s a fame whore and Kim’s stupid for not at least making sure the marriage lasted for at least one year to prevent all of this drama. Nowadays when celebs fake marriages, they at least stay together for 6 months to a year. 72 days? LOL.
I wish Kim would just give him his annulment. Isn’t it bad enough he will always have a Kardashian stain on him.
