Porsha Stewart’s divorce to Kordell just keeps on getting nastier and stranger. Although they attempted to appear as if they had it together during their appearance on season five of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” it’s pretty clear at this point things between them have become nothing more than a big mess. Not only did Porsha claim she was blindsided by the filing, but she even revealed in a recent interview that she found out the marriage was ending via Twitter. Recently, it was reported by TMZ that Kordell had even changed the locks on the home they were sharing, and by doing so Porsha was forced to move back in with her mother. This of course comes just days after Kordell admitted he wanted to work on the marriage and changed his mind about divorcing. To be expected, Kordell claims that’s not what really went down. Hip Hollywood reports:

In the paperwork obtained by HipHollywood exclusively, Kordell states that while he did change the locks on their home, it was because Porsha, “abandoned the marital home on April 2nd, 2013.” Stewart goes on to say, “(Porsha) established a routine of leaving (the) pre-marital residence without explanation and without consideration of the detrimental effects such behavior would have on the parties’ marriage , and (Kordell’s) nine year old son.”

Wait, there’s more. On top of all of that, Kordell said he DID try to tell Porsha he was changing the locks via text message.

“Hey reaching out not knowing who may or may not have keys to the house at this point, I was concerned for our safety so I changed the locks on the house. If and when you need to get in give me a heads up so you can get in”, the text, which we’ve seen, reads.

Kordell goes on to tell the site that Porsha should be responsible for herself financially and get her own place to live because “She is a celebrity, and has the income through appearances, endorsements, Bravo and other entities …(Porsha) should be capable of supporting herself but may not be able to as a result of her own financial negligence.”

  1. His response has no merit. Makes no sense and sounds like the doings of an immature, bitter, controlling man.

  2. Kordell couldn’t tell me the sky is a blue. He is such a liar and always contradicts himself. LOSER!!!!!!!!

  3. He’s going to have to pay up when it’s all said and done. I’m not even sure why he’s trying to fight it. No prenup, you pay up.

  4. Porsha needs to stay out of this house. Just let him have the damn house for now. It’s not worth the stress. Get your money and start your new life.

  5. She’s such a pretty girl. She just needs to get her spousal support and move on right after. This guy is a joke.

  6. It doesn’t sound like he has a case. At all. Then he doesn’t have a prenup. He didn’t play his cards right.

  7. Huh? Man please. Who does he think he’s fooling. I hope Porsha has a good lawyer. He needs to be demolished in divorce court.

  8. Ummm, Porsha does NOT need to leave her home. If she leaves her home whether premarital or not, that will show a court she has the resources to take care of herself and spousal support may not be granted, prenup or no prenup. And if she is leaving the home for months, she doesn’t need to do that unless he’s being impossible to live with or abusing her because the longer she’s gone, the more it looks to a court like she can take care of herself WITHOUT Kordell’s help. Better re-think that leaving the house girl, seen this on Divorce Court too many times and the Metro Atlanta court system is so corrupt, it’s very easy to get screwed if Kordell’s lawyer has a close relationship with the presiding judge, like campaign contributions, much like Tameka’s and mine for that matter! Hope Porsha’s lawyer is a sharp and aggressive one
