If you’ve been following the nasty breakup between Dwyane Wade and his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, then you already know that there has been plenty of accusations flying from both ends. Although both blame the other for why their marriage didn’t last, the child custody drama between them has been even nastier than the divorce. Siohvaughn has been telling the media that D Wade has been faking his good father image, and purposely tries to keep their sons away from her. She claims he isn’t letting her get the kids during the court ordered time, and she even alleged that the Miami Heat star uses his superstardom to take advantage of the legal system and dominate in the court. In her most recent interview with Jocks and Stilleto Jill, she even claimed he was brainwashing their sons to not want to see her anymore:
“…He won’t let me see my sons now so there’s no reason to believe he would if i was in Miami full time. And it’s reached a point now where my oldest son doesn’t want to visit at all. My youngest has been told I don’t want to see them. The other day he got on the phone with me and said he was told that I didn’t want to come see him. I have finals, I’m trying to grow as a person. Mr. Wade is vindictive and he’s trying to turn my sons against me.
“I paid out of my own pocket for a mediator to try to resolve the issues. The session was set and Mr. Wade just didn’t show up. No excuse, no call. I’ve made the effort.”
While we’re not sure if this means Dwyane Wade and Siovaughn are perhaps closer to resolving things, it’s being reported by Gossip Extra that she was spotted by the paps enjoying time with her sons on the beach on Mother’s Day:
With Wade in Chicago for the NBA playoffs series against the Bulls, ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches spent the day with sons Zaire and Zion as the couple’s post-divorce proceedings heat up.
Wade, who’s hot’n’heavy with actress Gabrielle Union, and Funches have a date in a Chicago courtroom in late June to determine the division of their marital assets.
But for now, Funches gets weekend visitations with the boys.
On Sunday, they were spotted frolicking on South Beach. They went for a swim and collected shells. Later, they had diner at TGI Friday’s and caught a showing of Iron Man 3.
Finally some maturity. I’m glad Dwyane let the boys spend time with their mother for Mother’s Day. Now if she just stop running her mouth to the media they could do what’s best for the kids.
gabrielle union should stop butting in their business with their kids and have some kids of her own, instead of sleeping with these married men and breaking up families. she’s a slutttt. get a life. she’s 40 something and can’t no child come out of her polluted vaginal.
Good! I hope they start being civil now!
I hope this is the beginning of the end of their messy drama. The kids just want to be able to have both in their lives and they deserve that.

So she had to go all they way to Miami to see her kids on Mother’s Day? Well I at least hope the douche bag paid for the trip.

I’m shocked! I’m happy for her though. I know she missed her kids terribly. Such a messy situation.
If only people could read the transcript. There are court orders in place and Dwyane Wade has violated them over and over again and is in contempt of court multiple times. If any of the comment judgers above know the law then why have you taken one side? If you ever find yourselves in a legal court system where corruption reigns — and you see how injustice honors the one who has all the money and how THE TRUTH receives NO Justice, I think you will have walked in Ms. Funches-Wades shoes. I think you will learn how to cry out to God for his mercy. During the trial law students were sitting in court and witnessed the bias towards Ms. Wade and how the judge swooned over Dwyane and his attorney laughed out loud saying “What is God gonna testify next?” Not only did the Judge laugh but Dwyane and his family his attornies even the media. God is not to be mocked. Soon everyone is going to see the truth and see the corruption that happened in the case for what is. I believe God is gonna be louder that all that negative evil media attention Dwyane brought against God, his formr wife and his own children. Remember it was ALL DWADE out their in the media for three years lying.
