The Kenya Moore money problems and rumors continue. “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore may be one of the main reasons season five pulled in the show’s highest ratings ever, but it’s been proven on numerous occasions reality television stardom doesn’t make one immune to money issues. And just days after Bravo big wig Andy Cohen made it clear on his Twitter account he’s not interested in giving Kenya her own spin-off show anytime soon, it’s rumored the reality star is dealing with money troubles. In fact, it’s now being reported Kenya struggled to pay her rent last month and she’s being evicted because of it. And if that’s not bad enough, her neighbors are allegedly complaining about living close to the reality star. Radar Online reports:
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore will be looking for a new home to film in if she’s returns for season 6 of the reality show — because RadarOnline.com has learned that her landlord has sued to have her evicted from the $3999-a-month mansion in which she lives.
According to documents filed in Fulton County, Ga., Kenya failed to make the full rent payment for May — she was $848 short — and also defaulted on the terms and conditions of the lease.
The owner of the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the suburb of Roswell is now seeking rent for June, along with more $2500 in eviction fees and damages.
…“The homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood,” the source said.
“Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.”
Of course this isn’t the first time we’ve heard about Kenya allegedly being too broke to pay her bills, in fact, her alleged money troubles are one of the main reasons folks in the Atlanta social circles claim she worked so hard to secure a spot on the show and even faked her relationship with Walter to increase the chances of getting put on. And not too long ago, NeNe Leakes hinted one of the housewives is having some huge money problems.
Regardless, Kenya hasn’t said anything yet about the latest report, but we’re sure she will soon.
