Kenya Moore without a doubt is the reason the last season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” reached record ratings, so it would only make sense Bravo would invite her back to do another season. Earlier reports suggested Kenya was not only coming back for another round of RHOA but the whole cast was reportedly expected to get raises for such a successful season. Interestingly enough, the other day a report from US Weekly stated Kenya’s new salary would commend $600k per season, but it’s the rest of the statement Kenya’s camp allegedly sent out that made a lot of people discredit it rather quickly. US Weekly originally reported:
“Kenya is very happy to be back!” the source tells Us. According to the insider, Moore, 42, will also get a substantial raise for her contributions to the Bravo show’s success — a whopping $600,000 for the season, with additional bonuses based on ratings.
“NeNe [Leakes], Kim [Zolciak] and Kandi [Burruss] make $800,000 a season but they can make more for doing certain special things, like Kim taking off her wig,” another source previously told Us. “Phaedra and Porsha make $50,000 per season.”
Here’s the problem. Kenya definitely deserves a raise, and $600k isn’t hard to believe considering Bravo has the money. But the statement goes on to say Kenya’s sworn enemies Porsha Stewart and Phaedra Parks only get $50K. To many, it just reads like shade. Those numbers for Porsha and Phaedra don’t sound believable, in fact a little birdie in the know tells Urban Belle exclusively that should have been a sure sign to people who leaked the story and how authentic it is:
“Kenya’s camp sent that story to US Weekly and the numbers are totally made up. NeNe Leakes is the highest paid housewife in the franchise and that’s not changing anytime soon. If it did, she would walk away in a heartbeat.
Bravo is one of the best paying networks, no one on that show is making $50k. Funny Kenya’s people would make up such low numbers for her least favorite housewives and make no mention of Cynthia’s salary and then suggest Kim gets paid extra for not wearing wigs. The whole story reads like a terribly written bad joke.
Lastly, Kenya has no clue how much anyone else is making besides herself. That’s not the kind of information any of the ladies would be willing to share.

Man please. I knew it was a lie when they said Phaedra who has been on the show for years makes $50,000. Kenya is a hot mess.
Can any of them even tell the media how much they make? I would think they couldn’t do that contractually.

Kenya you dumb a-s, if you’re going to lie at least make it believable. The $50k was funny as hell, but we all know there’s no way Phaedra and Porsha aren’t pulling in at least $100k.
Didn’t believe it anyway. First, now who’s supposed to believe Kandi and Kim make the same amount as NeNe? And $50,000 for Porsha and Phaedra was totally shade. LOL.
Phaedra is a hustler, rather it’s legally or illegally (lol).There’s no way she’d let Bravo get away with such a low salary. Nice try Kenya.

As much as Kenya lies, you would think she’d be a pro at it by now. But she’s terrible at lying and most people can see right through it.
Why is she even coming back this season? She made the show so corny to me.

It amazes me to see how far she will go with what she does and say. She is desparate in the wrong way, and at any cost. People can get very much amused with a person with no boundaries. She thinks people are hating on her, why follow her. Plus she has a nasty attitude with her comments.
Why does bravo hire people like Kenya that are so I morale.
She lies so much and has no integrity at all. She is desperate.
Get rid of her. She shows our children its OK to lie.
