Tameka Raymond demands primary custody of her and Usher’s’ two children after recent pool accident? Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka’s custody battle over their kids has been a rather nasty one. And it has resulted in Usher getting awarded primary custody of their two sons Naviyd and Usher Raymond V. But after a serious pool accident took place at Usher’s home, Tameka wants some changes to be made. As we reported earlier, Tameka and Usher’s eldest son Usher Raymond V was involved in a pool accident that resulted in the young boy being hospitalized in ICU at a hospital in Atlanta. And because of what has happened to their son, Tameka Raymond wants primary custody of the two boys as she filed documents requesting an immediate hearing as she claims Usher is not fulfilling his duties as a parent to keep their children out of harm’s way. Tameka also feels Usher is putting their two children in danger by allowing people to watch them who are not fit to take care of them, TMZ reports:
Usher’s ex-wife has just filed legal docs asking for an emergency hearing later this week … to wrestle child custody away from him, on grounds he’s creating a dangerous environment … TMZ has learned.
We know Tameka has specific beef with the Usher’s aunt — who was watching 5-year-old Usher Raymond V when his arm got stuck in the pool drain on Monday. Tameka has complained about the aunt in the past — alleging she once let a stalker in the house where Usher and the kids were staying. Tameka also says the aunt is too physical in disciplining the kids.
I knew this was coming!
And it continues.
Well it’s not like she doesn’t have a case. Usher is clearly too busy to parent so he’s trusting nannies to do the job. And these nannies aren’t qualified.
But couldn’t that same argument be used for her as well considering her son died last year in a boating accident
No ma’am. Her son was not under her care when he got in the boating accident, he was with his birth father and other siblings. It did not happen on her watch. Usher would have done the same thing had Tameka been the one to have custody when this happened.
I just can’t. These two are so damn messy.
Tameka better start paying off some Judges!
Well this didn’t take long. Tameka is wrong this should be the last thing on her mind she should be happy and praying that her son is ok. It was clearly an accident she is wrong for filing this. She is being vindictive point blank period.
She actually has a case now. She said this would happen during the custody trial and it did. Usher better call up a new judge to look out again. The last one had to step down.
She’s in her emotions. Come on Tameka…

Man please, Usher’s conniving a-s would have done the same thing if it happened on Tameka’s watch and she had primary custody. Let’s not act like he wouldn’t.

The timing is terrible, but it’s a fair request. It happened on Usher’s watch.
I still want them to grow up and just co-parent like adults. I guess I shouldn’t hold my breath.
