Rapper Kanye West has a lot to smile about these days considering the “Yeezus” rapper is a new dad to North West and he recently gushed about how fulfilling his life is now that he’s happily in love with Kim Kardashian and the father to an adorable baby girl. Although his personal life appears to be at its highest, his music career appears to have lost its luster, and his latest album has been struggling to sell like past records. Kanye’s ego has taken a massive hit considering Hip Hop newbie J. Cole managed to outsell Kanye with his “Born Sinner” album, and music industry insiders claim “Yeezus” is Kanye’s biggest failure to date. Kanye of course isn’t taking the slump in album sales lying down and he’s been doing quite a bit to bring buzz back to album like taking shots at his sworn enemy Ray J during a recent performance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.” But now it appears the rapper and new father might have even more problems to worry about these days.
As we recently reported, Kanye’s most recent attack on the paparazzi led to the pap ending up on the ground and the ambulance being called to the scene. The incident, which took place at the LAX airport, did result in a hefty lawsuit, but now TMZ is reporting that it’s now led to charges. The website is claiming Kanye has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft.
The pap the rapper attacked claims he was injured greatly by Kanye’s fit of rage and even said that the incident left him on crutches. If convicted, Kanye faces up to one year of jail if he is convicted for both misdemeanors.
Kanye’s camp hasn’t commented as of yet on the new developments.

I’m shocked but I seriously doubt this will stop Kanye from attacking the paps for talking to him. LOL.
Well he does need to be dealt with this time. he went unpunished the other times and it made him feel like he could keep doing it. It’s crazy how much he claims he hates the paps, but he dates the chick who can’t go a day without calling them.
Nothing is going to happen to that arrogant douche nozzle.

Kris Jenner is probably in heaven right now. This is the most press her trashy family has had since Kim’s boring sex tape hit the web. They got Lamar on crack and sleeping with 10 women at one time, Kanye sweating Ray J and fighting paps, the two youngest girls learning how to slut it up for the cameras like big sis. Man…Kris is on it.
Oh and don’t forget they are running with their favorite lie about Kim and Kanye planning a “secret” wedding again. All they do is send the same fake stories to the blogs to keep them in the media.
No jail time. Let’s just go ahead and call it now.
He’s going to still go off on paps. The only thing that will end that is the day one of those paps finally whoops his sensitive a-s.
Doubt if he sees the inside of a cell. He’s going to keep on with the horrible behavior.
