Tamar Braxton voice issues admitted by the singer? Tamar Braxton has been waiting forever to get her moment in the spotlight when it comes to her music career and now that she’s managed to release a successful studio album with “Love & War,” one would think her days of drama might finally be over. Unfortunately for Tamar, that just hasn’t been the case. Not only is she publicly beefing with fellow R&B singer K. Michelle, but she’s also not happy with the latest drama she’s had with her latest music video “Hot Sugar.” As we reported recently, Tamar’s fans made it clear on social media in large numbers that they hated the video and they felt their fave could have came a lot harder. Tamar blames the people who shot the video (who happen to be Rihanna’s photographers) for the video’s unpopularity and less than impressive visuals, and she dragged them for it on Instagram too.

One of K. Michelle’s hardest verbal jabs against Tamar has been her accusations that the Braxton sister’s voice isn’t all that great live and it looks like Tamar may be agreeing with her if her recent Twitter activity is any indicator.

Tamar took a moment to slam her critics and admitted her voice isn’t what it used to be but she has no plans of throwing in the towel. She writes:

I waited my WHOLE life 4this moment….& I have NEVER had this many voice issues. Its embarrassing &hurtful but ive come 2 far 2 give up now

say whatever u like. Talk about how bad u think things r & How I should change this or that. But, im no where near where I was a year ago

I dont have time 2 talk u into liking me or understanding me. Cause no matter what u will always find fault when u r not perfect yourselves

& honestly the ones talking the most wouldn’t last 1 min in my shoes! Thanks 2 the REAL #tamartianfriends 4 understanding me when I didn’t.

  1. If you can’t take the heat, get out the kitchen. If Tamar wants to be a big star, she better learn how to handle criticism and bad press. No one told her to make that cheap looking video.

  2. So maybe instead of throwing shade all the time to other people, she needs to work on her voice and live performances. She got the big head too fast and it shows.

  3. Tamar better be careful. People are starting to think she’s a studio singer with a husband that put her on. Oops.

  4. Karma a B***H ain’t it? I feel no sympathy for her. She threw soooo much shade at K. Michelle constantly like she so much better than her. God brought her back down to earth real quick. She needs to remember. God will give you a gift and take it RIGHT back if you are not humble about it.

    1. Erica I usually don’t comment but this is one of the truest comments I have ever seen on here. They say pride comes before a fall and while Tamar is telling everyone else to take a seat she better take a few before she fall.

  5. Tamar has a wonderful voice her pitch may be off sometimes and she won’t admit it but family values it showed her pitch can be a little off. But her live performance is great better than some artist that been here longer but haven’t taken off like she did. K michelle alright but she wont get to rihanna status she’ll sell out little clubs and buildings but not arenas like rihanna beyonce nicki honestly and i like her but tamar is an excellent performer. #TEAMTAMAR

    1. K. Michelle does not need to be on a Rihanna, Nicki or Beyoncé status right now. K. Michelle it doing it the right way though. You must remember the ladies you have mentioned are all “POP” artist, meaning they have crossed over and have major appeal to the “White” audience = Major Album Sales. K. Michelle is working the audience her music appeals to (HBC Campuses, and also the small venue places). Also K. Michelle fan base is very loyal to her and she is daily increasing her fans. Mark my word she might not reach those ladies status, but she will be on top of the R&B world (both Female & Male).

  6. I think Tamar has a beautiful voice and so does K. Michelle. I don’t know why they just can’t be civil and do their thing at the same time.

  7. People better be careful coming for K. Michelle, because everyone I have seen come for her that thing called “KARMA” has knockout punched they azz something serious. Now Tamar’s fans are coming for her and she has been exposed…see how the dominoes began to fall. God don’t like ugly especially on National TV. Question: How can you go on Arsenio Hall show and sound horrible then turn around and try to shade someone? SMH… I will wait.
