Porsha Stewart’s impending divorce shocked a lot of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans, but RHOA star Kenya Moore insists it’s all Porsha’s karma for beefing with her last season. Regardless, Porsha has already expressed that she thinks it may have been for the best considering she now feels that Kordell wasn’t the man for her. Especially since she’s now pondering whether or not he’s on the down low anyway. Kordell continues to deny that he’s into men, and he even blames their split on Porsha. While he said on Twitter things had to end because Porsha changed her mind on just being a housewife in exchange for her own career, he told Ryan Cameron of Atlanta radio station V-103 that things had to end because she wouldn’t agree for his son to have a big time birthday party at their home. Either way, Porsha is ready to move on without Kordell and she’s even giving away her $30,000 wedding dress to make things go forward faster.
Porsha has partnered with Enchanted Closet to give away her extravagant wedding dress to a woman in need, here’s the statement the organization released on the special giveaway:

Porsha will be giving away her wedding dress to ensure that one special woman feels enchanted on her special day in spite of what she has gone through or the tough choices she has had to make. Any woman 21 years of age or older may enter the giveaway and share why she should receive Porsha’s dress.

I think Porsha is a very sweet and beautiful girl. She just married the wrong man. It happens unfortunately when we don’t pay attention to the red flags God shows us. I hope she ends up happy with the right person.

People invest more into their wedding day than their actual marriage. Now why would anyone need to drop $30,000 on a dress? And I bet Kordell was the one who paid for it. But he’s divorcing her because she wanted to start getting her own money. Smh.
