Chris Brown just got out of his court ordered progress hearing minutes ago for his probation and the singer’s recent assault that took place in DC may put him behind bars.

In fact, TMZ is reporting that the judge decided to revoke the singer’s probation, and it’s all because of the assault charges filed against him by the man who claims he was assaulted by Chris outside of a hotel in DC.  The judge feels the assault charges are enough proof that Chris has violated his probation by not obeying all of the laws.

Despite his probation being revoked, Chris was not reprimanded today considering the judge is impressed with the progress Chris has made in his anger management rehab program. However, Chris will have to return to court in February and he could end up being sent to jail during his upcoming hearing.

  1. Well we all know how this will end. Chris is not going to jail. I can guarantee you that. His lawyer ain’t having it.

  2. They won’t send him to jail and that’s why he’s just going to get in more trouble next year. We know how this works. Chris isn’t trying to improve. He thinks the world is just picking on him.

  3. Nothing will happen to him. He’ll just get another slap on the wrist as usual. He has a good lawyer that knows how to keep him out of jail.
