The status of the possibility of another studio album by legendary Hip Hop group Outkast has been up in the air for the last several years, but fans of the duo are still hoping that Big Boi and Andre 3000 will come together again and make magic in the studio. Unfortunately, it just seems as if Andre 3000 isn’t quite ready to join his close friend again in recording a new album, and he’s made it clear in interviews he’s unsure of the group’s future.
Big Boi is staying optimistic and wants to record another album, but Andre’s uncertainty is clearly keeping things on hold. However, recently rumors suggested Outkast would be reuniting next year and performing together for the 2014 Coachella Festival, but the group’s rep remained quiet on the rumors. But a new photo posted by Big Boi the other day to his Instagram account got fans excited and made many think the Coachella talk is completely true:

Billboard also claims next year the group will make multiple performances together in various festivals, and Coachella was just going to be the first step to their public reunion. While it’s uncertain if the rumors are true, we’re still excited to see these two just hanging out. We can’t lie, we would love it if this was a sign that another album is in the works though. Only time will tell.

I love these two. Just seeing them together gave me some great Hip Hop memories. They are one of the best groups of all time dammit.
I think 3 Stacks really is coming around. I think he’s about ready to start putting that work in at the studio and it’s about damn time.

Yes!!!! LOL I’ve been waiting on this post for about a week now. When I heard talks of their performance on the news (and I’m in NASHVILLE *womp womp*), I got soooooooooo geeked!!! I’ve been on my old Outkast albums and am so anticipating their return! 2014 is going to be great!!!!
