Apollo Nida is in some serious trouble. Just months after he got arrested for allegedly assaulting Kenya’s assistant Brandon during a heated confrontation, Phaedra Park’s husband has now been arrested for fraud and identity theft.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports:
The Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Phaedra Parks’ husband Apollo Nida has been arrested and charged with bank fraud and identity theft, according to a complaint filed by the U.S. District Attorney’s office in Atlanta Thursday.
Nida was released on a pretrial bond.
Apollo served time in prison from 2004 to 2009 for breaking federal racketeering laws related to auto title fraud.

Yikes! I hope Apollo is at least smart enough to get a better lawyer than Phaedra because she is terrible if so he is going straight to jail. SMH Apollo with this white collar crime is facing federal jail time meaning he will serve everyday of his sentence.

This is really sad. They just had another baby. I really wish he would have thought about what he would be putting his kids and wife through when he did this. This is very selfish and stupid on his part.
Apollo and Phaedra are both criminals. I only feel bad for their innocent and adorable kids.
His defense would be. Kenya slipped him some bath salts. As she said in her blog weeks ago. She doesn’t need/want any prison man. Or need to stroll the prison yard for a man. Where is Chuck who run that train on phae phae? Southern bell? Puh leeeeeeeeeez!
