R&B singer and actor Tyrese loves taking to social media to speak his mind about various topics and even give out relationship advice. But sometimes Tyrese’s words get him in trouble, as we saw happen when he called overweight people “nasty” in one of his recent interviews.
Regardless, it’s clear Tyrese won’t stop being so opinionated anytime soon, and now that he’s warned women to stop showing off their body parts so much on Instagram because it gives men the impression that they aren’t about anything more than sex, he’s now speaking out and trying to explain to single good women why they are still single.
According to Tyrese, good single women are single because they aren’t “hoes.” In fact, he thinks having standards is keeping good women man-less.
He posted the following to Instagram the other day (screenshot obtained by Bossip):

I think he makes good points. But it’s still frustrating at times. I’m just holding on and hoping I meet someone worth my time eventually.
He’s right but sometimes it’s more to it than this. Sometimes women and men are single because they waste time on the wrong people. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen my girlfriends turn down the right guys for the wrong ones for the stupidest reasons. It takes time before we learn what it is we really should be looking for in a partner.
Agreed. It’s so many factors that play into this but I believe once we commit to doing us and stop worrying about love, it finds us.

By today’s standards Tyrese is correct SOME men not ALL don’t value women instead they want the easy women who are not a challenge. Honestly it is not all of the men fault some women are so easy that it devalues the worth of a woman. I don’t know what has gotten into Tyrese but he has been speaking the truth lately.

Timing is everything. I’m not married but I think whoever God has for me will come on God’s watch. So I don’t stress about it. But I’m having a good time in the process of waiting. Single life is fun. LOL.

Breathe sis. And just a little advice, ditch the men who can’t pick up the phone and have a conversation. Tell them where you stand and if they don’t respect it, cut them off. If a man is really interested he will call and take his time in getting to know you. Don’t let anyone tell you differently.

Thanks girl. I’m just so frustrated right now. It’s like some of these men have gotten so lazy. They think if they text you several times a day they are entitled to something. Um no!
